I have Visa interview on 03/10 Mumbai Consulate.
I am currently working in USA for Healthcare company ABCD as full-time employee on location and same company ABCD is holding my Visa as well. What should I answer when visa officer ask me below questions:
1) Name of your Employer ?
2) Name of your Client ?
3) Are you working in-house project or Client project ?
4) Are you working on Employer location or Client location ?
Please help me getting the above question's answers. Will be appreciated.

Hi All,
I appeared for H1B visa interviw in Dubai on 23/12/2014. VO was not able to find my Employer's record in her system. She gave me yellow slip with a case number written on it and till today, it shows that my case is undergoing processing. The strange thing i found is with my DS-160 application status on CEAC website. It shows status as "Refused" from the date i appeared in interview.
With this situation, i really got confused. I will appreciate if someone can tell me that my application is refused already or its still in the process. Thanks.

4.Answer confidently with little smile and dont panic.
5. It is always better to prepare for all possible questions by reading employer documents one day before.

Here goes my experience
I attended the interview on 18/Feb/2015
I was asked the below questions
1)Who is your employer? and how much you will be paid?
A) YYYY X Inc, xxxxx dollars
2)Role in the New organisation?

A) I said no. It is an in-house project and employee location

VO told me to wait in the lobby.After 30 Mins i was called by Indian VO and asked to attend the Interview again in the same counter i had before.
some one is already there with VO. And its my turn now. VO called me and asked to collect all the documents that i gave before and finally the golden words "your visa is approved"
No more questions in the second round.
My observation:
If you have all the documents then its a cakewalk.
I have seen one guy where VO did not ask him a single question .Just took the passport ,I 797 and said visa is approved

As i'm not able to produce by that time he issued 221g asking those docs.Additional Admin Process was not checked(so I presume, no further admin process for my application) in my 221g.
Mailed all the docs through mail(as specified in 221g) on 6th February.
Can any one this group let me know, when will i get update on my application.
Already I had a long wait to clear my RFE.

Hi,
My H1B visa is approved recently and My job location is New jersey. But I am planning to book my ticket from India to Philadelphia since I want to meet my cousin first.
So my POE is Philadelphia and my LCA location is New Jersey. This should be fine or do they ask any questions since POE is different from LCA?.

nov 17 th is my h1b interview.and issued 221(g) white at hyd consulate.
My employer mailed all the documents for embassy on dec 16
1st status update date:dec 18 on ceac site
2nd status update date:feb 5 on ceac site
on feb 9th got a mail from consulate to submit passport at vac. i have submitted the passport on the same day.but the status at ceac site i still administrative processing.
on feb 12th status changed to IsSUED ON CEAC Site.and got a mail to collect the passport.
today i.e,feb 13th i have collected the passport with visa stamping.
so friend who issued 221(g) please wait and contact with ur employer.surely all the persons will get visas.
i wish u all the best for each and evary one
