Successful H4 at chennai after 3 times 221(g) on 03/08
Hi all,
Today i am very happy because, i got H4 visa stampped at chennai consulate, after 3 times 221(g) issues. My interview is around 11:15 i went there at 10:30. Previously i got 221(g) three times because of differrent reasons. I have been waiting since a long time for a H4 visa. around 1.5 yrs of waiting fot this visa. This time my interview was very cool and last by 5 mins.This is the conversation between me and VO.
VO: Good Morning
Me: Very Good Morning.
VO: Can i see your marriage certificate
Me: Sure, and i given that to him.
VO:Can i see your marriage potos
Me:Ya, i have them to, and handed over them to him
VO:Is your marriage is love or arranged
Me: Mine is love marriage
VO:Oh, for howmany years , you know him
Me: For the past 12 years
VO: Great,Can i see his pay stubs
Me: Handed over to him ,and he is checking some thing on the system. my husband recently changed his employer.
VO: Can i see bank stmts
Me: I given him the verification letter, but is wants to have the monthly stmts, i have them too.

VO: For howmany months he is working in YYYY company
Me: From march
VO: You will get your passport in two days.
Me:I was very much relaxed, i said, thankyou very much.
VO: He laughed and wished me the same.
I was very much worried before entering into the consulate, as my visa got rejected for 4 times.
just i wanted to share my happiness with you all.

I GOT VISA AFTER 7 MONTHS DONT WORRY 221 G HOLDERS

I attended my embassy on Dec 15th 2006

ME:MCA
VO:how many yrs of exp do u have??
ME:1 1/2 yr
VO:what r u going to do for ur petitioner??
ME:Iam wrking as a s/w eng to my petitioner and i will be wrking in an inhouse developement and so on..
VO:he took my L.C.A and went inside for 5 min and came and he asked do u have tax returns of the company??
ME:I dont have sir.
VO:then he took blue form 221 g and ticked 5 documents and passport drop those documents throug h dropbox.
ME:its ok..
Then i went with some tension and i called to my company they said we will send with in 2 weeks.After 2 weeks i got my documents thru petitioner.I took my documents to chilukur temple and prayed god this time i want to get my visa .I dropped my documents on 22nd Jan 2007.
From that time onwards iam sending mails to consulate what about my status ??then chennai consulate giving diff answers for each time.once again i got 221g form from consualte on july 25th 2007 on that day i tensed a lot.after seeing once again 221 g form i reliefed bcoz so many got white papers saying that ur visa is refused.But in 221g form they wrote with pen saying that send ur original academic cerficates and original exp letter.
Once again i prayed saibaba and venkanna in chilukur while drooping documents and then i dropped my documents on july 5th 2007
atlast i got my PASSPORT WITH STAMPING ON JULY 26TH
THIS IS THE DAY IAM WAITING ITS ONE OF MY WONDERFUL MOMENTS IN MY LIFE .....
so,221g holders dont worry be patience and drop genuine documents sure u will get visa.

I had attended my interview on 31st July 2007 in chennai.But unfortunately i was issued 221(g)blue form.Here is my interview...
Vo : Hello mam.How are you?
Me : Hi.I am fine.Thank you..how are u...
Vo : Please pass me the folder
Me : ya sure
Vo : He started typing something in his system.
After few moments...On which project will
you be working on?
Me : xxxxxxxx.
Vo : tell me again
Me : YYYY XX(told slowly)
Vo : He again typed in his system.
Me : I myself told him that i will be working at clients location and showed him the client invitation letter
Vo : Okay..xxxxx is ur client.How many people work for this client company?
Me : Around 100 people
Vo : How many people work for the Indian Office of the client company.
Me : I donno.But the Indian office is located in Hyd.But i am not sure of the number in India.
Vo : ok..What is ur degree?
Me : MCA
Vo : Show me ur certificates
Me : showed him
Vo : He checked my certificates and gave back.
He asked my tax returns papers of the year 2005.(Actually i kept all my employers documents in the blue folder and then passed him the folder.)
Me : I said it is there in the folder itself..he checked once again and found them for the last 3 years.
Vo : he just started glancing all my docs in less than 5 seconds and asked me for Unemployement wage report.
Me : I dont have that document and it is the only doc which my employer didnt provided me and remaining all docs i had submitted to you.
Vo : No problem and he took a blue form and started explaining me..u can ask ur employer to send that unemployement wage report and send that doc along with some other docs which i am marking on this blue form and drop those docs in the VFS.U have all the docs except this.Drop all these docs together in VFS.
Me : Should I come for the interview?
Vo : No need.Just drop them at VFS.
Me : shall i drop the passport also?
Vo : No.
Me : Ok thanks.Have a nice day

Issuance of 221(G), help needed
Hi Everybody,
on 30th I have attended the interview at Kolkata Councilate. The VO checked all the documents, asked around 5-6 questions. She was okay with everything ... except for the company photos. Actually my employer in US has sent the company photos, where only the photos of the building and desks are there ... but no employee is shown. he might have taken the photo either in the morning or at night. So the VO issued me a 221(G) and asked me to get the explanation from the employer why no body is seen working in the photos. And she told me to go to the councilate any working day from 2:00 to 4:00. She returned all my documents & passprt but kept form DS-156 & 157. Now I am really tensed what will happen. I have asked my employer to send me the docs as soon as possible. Do any one of you have any experiace regarding that. Is there any chance of getting the visa. Please reply ...

i attended interview at chennai consulate,they asked me abt tax docs,project details and issued a 221(G).then i submitted the papers,again they issued me a 221(G)for more clarifications on papers.again i submitted my papers in last week,here my dought is did they send the passport back or they will keep untill the process completes.............

Dont attend Interview early you will get 221(g).
Hello friends, Iam rajiv from hyd. Its very bad news for me and want to share my experience with you all.
I attended my H1B interview on july 25th at chennai.when I entered consulate, visa officer had interviewed me for 45 minutes and he was not at all interested in taking passport,he asked me about subject and all sorts of questions . To tell you frankly VO dont know about our project or job details..onething he know is to give 221(g) form. he had taken a slip and told me to right my job description..he dint find anything wrong wid me even in documents but he issued me a form 221(g).so I suggest not to attend interview early better attend in the month of september.Any queries please post me...my mail:[email protected]
