If you send me a reply, it'll be very helpful for me.
i was issued AAP(additional administrative processing) at Delhi embassy on Feb 14th 2007.
I have been given a Yellow form on which a paragraph( related to AAP) is marked.
I've not been given any case status ID to check the status online.
for me, they took DS-156, Ds-157, LCA, I-129 petition details,US Company offer letter, US Company project documents, Current (india) company offer letter and experience, appraisal letters.
Is there anyone who attended at DELHI embassy got AAP ? please keep in touch..send ur updates..
Please help me out.

PLEASE HELP ME OUT IAM WAITING FOR MY VISA

I have applied for H-1B Visa. I have attended for the
interview at Chennai (India)on 15th December 2006.
I was given a query (Blue form)where consulate has
asked for some additional documents. where embassy
havent asked for the passport.
I have submitted all the documents to the US embassy
Chennai on 22ND January 2007, But it has been more than
2 months and i have'nt heared any thing from the
embassy on my visa status.
Can you suggest me what should i do?

got 221(g) for H1 visa
Hello all
I got 221(g) at chennai consulate asking for additional documents from my employer and asked me to send in the drop box. I requested my employer to send them ASAP. Can you please give an idea how much time the Consulate will take to process my application.
Though my employer provided all tax returns. unemployment wage report for one state and other documents perfectly.she asked me to provide the Unemployment wage reprt for all states and all the employees details working for their company.
I am an MCA holder.
Kindly respond to this if anybody already got their visa through drop box.

aap completed, case returned to USCIS
this is my case: attended interview on sep 2006.
got 221g ( aap ).
now aap completed, papers are being returned to
USCIS ( obviously for revoking or cancellation ).
If there is anyone who has faced the same situation,
please share your experience.

Got H1B after 221(G)
First of all i would like to thank everyone who posted their valuable suggestions in immihelp website.
I received my passport just now with H1B stamped on it. I had dropped my documents thru VFS dropbox for my 221(G) query which i got in October.
Good luck to the ones who are waiting for their visas. Dont worry guys if you submit all the required docs then you will definetly get your visa.

Beware of Cognitim
Hi guys,
I had applied for H1B Visa thorough a Company called Cognitim (www.cognitim.com) and travelled to usa in december 2006. This company is full of people with Desi attitude and big lie tellers. They had promised me that they will provide Initial accomodation, salary even when on bench, Medical,Vision,Dental Insurance for self and dependents, airtravel for spouse etc. But its a big lie. They never provide any of these things. They are very big crooks. Dont ever join this company. They are liars. They are spoiling lots of peoples lives. And they harass you on basis of contract which you might have signed while joining.

Never join ultimosoft. The website of the company is

It is being run by Pashumarthy Group(Subhash Pashumarthi and Smita Pashumarthy).
This is bogus company. They do not have any business. They harras you at every moment. They will not give you even your SSN (It will be collected by the VP, Lance Jensen, who will create not-so-funny stories like backlog in SSN office and piling up in post office, while at the same time your friends with other consultant will get it in a week).
They will exploit you to such an extent which you can not ever imagine. It will be your biggest mistake of your life to join "Ultimosoft".
I was with them for 4 months.They forced me to fake my resume and put only TIBCO projects(I had never worked on TIBCO products). Due to this all interviews went bad and then CEO blamed me for this and questioned my abilities and experience.
