AAP after 221(g)
Hi Guys,
Thanks and all the best for all immihelp viewers.
Could anybody through some linghtening on my case.
I got again a blue form with AAP("Additional Administrative processing") after submitted all required docuemnts in the dropbox for the intial query i got. This time i got AAP on blue form.
Can anybody through any information/suggetion in my case, whether this AAP is on my personal documents or on my Petetioner's documents. Please can any body reply ASAP.

I attended my interview in Channai consulte on 23rd March 2007 , got 221g blue foam. Here am sending my inteview,
Me : Good Morning .
Vo: Good Morning, how r u?
Me: Fine.
VO: Show me your Docs?
Me: I given my DS156, DS157,HDFC Challana,Labor certficate, Taxes and others.
VO: (She checked all my documents one by one), what your masters degree?
ME: MCA(Master of computer Applications) from Bharathiyar University .
Vo: Can i see your MCA DEGREE Certificate?
Me: Given that certificate ,(she check that for 2 min, she did't asked any other marklist).
VO: What your profession?
Me: xxx
VO: Where r u working?
Me: xxx
Vo: Tell me about employeer?
Me: xxxx
Vo: show me your offer letter?
Me: i given my offer letter
VO: Which project purpose you are going to work?your roal in it?
Me: xxxx
VO: Can i see details / letter about in house project?

Hello guys, My suggestion is try to go Mumbai or Delhi Consulate. In Channai Consulate they are issueing 221 g blue foams to maximum persons.
If any body going to Channai Consulate then take these documents compulsary,
1.wage reports.
2.Project details(roles and responsbilites )
3.Taxes.
I am waiting my required documents from my employer.
Can i drop once again my DS-156,DS-157 along with the required documents in VFS office ,please send me replay about this. I am waiting for your answers.

Hi all!
My employer sent me all the docs after 2 queries from USCIS, followed by an approval in 19 Jan 2007. I am going for Stamping in Chennai Consulate 3 april. I have BSC comps, then MBA. IT Experience in SAP for 3.2 years. working for a BIG MNC company Currently.
The docs i got from employer are:
1) Approval notice I 797 Query submission docs 2,
2) LCA,
3) Tax Docs,
4) Credential Evaluation,
5) Payroll of 150 Employes along with
6) Bank accounts Statements and cheque numbers
7) Employer appointment Letter.
8) Inhouse Project Details as submitted to USCIS query explanation guaranteeing my salary and stay and also trip cost providing details.
9) Photos of 2 offices in USA of my Employer.
Docs im carrying are:
1)Passport, Appointment Letter, DS-156, 157.
2)All previous employers offer and releiving letters and payslips for the last 6 months from 2 companies.
3)1 year tax returns
4) Resume.
So guys! Please tell me if im missing something or what do u think about my Stamping.

Applying H1 B
Hello All,
This year i am planning to apply H1-B.
My Case is:
1)-I have completed my PGDCA (Post Graduation Diploma in Computer Application). (Distance Education along with my job, completed in Jan 2007).
2)- I am in job from Nov-2000 to till date.(Around 6.5 years of I.T. experiance).
3)- I am MCAD certified. (Microsoft Certification).
Now I have worked out in Two I.T. companies including current company in which i am working.
The first Company in which i have worked was Medium Size group of persons (Around 25-35) and also was not an MNC deails in local Market only.Currently it is not existing more.
But i have work experince certificate of the company.I worked with this around 1.5 years.
The Second and currently working in company is Middle level company(Around 25-30 persons) . I am working with this company for last 5 year.
Now what does it seem here ? Could i will be able to get H1-B ?.
If not then what condition is not fullfill the criteria.
Please let me know.
