Hi friends
I would be thankful if anyone clear me regarding this.I've attended the interview in sept 2006 and i was given 221g in the interview. As per my consultant i've withdrawn my case from Melbourne Office and they have sent the documents back to me. Can I attend the Interview in India with these papers???
Please help me regarding this as early as possible.

221-Chennai Consulate
Hi folks,
I was issued 221g and Visa offier asked me to submit additional documents without passport. I have done the same on Feb 12th at VFS office. I got mail from consulate as follows
"In accordance with United States law and Department of State guidelines, action on your case has been suspended, and your petition for a Non-immigrant Worker filed on your behalf was returned to the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) on March 15, 2007 with a memorandum explaining the facts of your case as presented to us at the time of interview. The U.S. Consulate in Chennai is no longer handling your case, and will be unable to give you any information on the status of your petition".
What does this mean? Please share if anyone have experienced the same.

greetings!
although i have posted but this one i make it more clear.
i had attended H1B interview on 21st dec'06in chennai consulate.The VO on having a look at my experiance letters from mechanical said my case will require processing.then after 8 days i receive a letter saying my case has been referred to uscis & chennai consulate is no longer handling ur case.
now am in a fix.what to do?my HDFC is used-up & i have to fill fresh HDFC fee again & take appointment again.But my employer wants me take interview in delhi or other consulate.
i have all the original doc's with me.
can i do that?
please i have not submitted any fake doc's,only my background is mechanical graduation & experience in mechanical industry.
i have completed my SAP Certification in july last year & working presently in IT industry.
please advice as am going to fill my fees & take appointment.where can take & what are the chances of success.
i repeat again no fake doc's.
b'coz there is life beond US.
i just want to know the procedure.

I have applied and attended for H1B Visa on 24th of December 2005 at Chennai consulate - I was given a 221 G and I was asked to submit additional documents. Having arranged all the additional documents I attend for my visa interview on 25th of Jan 2006. I was again given 221G asking for a specific document called “Marketing analysis of the final product”. Having arranged the same on 24th of Feb 2006 (Marketing analysis of the final product) I handed over all my documents such as I 797-LCA-DS 156 & DS 157-PASSPORT IN ORIGINAL – DD OF 2300/- etc. at VFS office at Hyderabad as said by the counselor officer.
To my surprise after two months that is on 25th of April 2006 I got a courier from VFS office, on opening the courier I found My Passport in original and DD of 2300/ - without any letter from the consulate or any Visa stamping.
I called up Chennai consulate on the same day that is on 25th of April 2006 and intimated the officer about my case, the officer said that in her records it shows that additional documents sent by me on 24th of Feb 2006 were not received by the consulate and the visa officer added saying that, I should send an email to consulate explaining the case in detail.
I have explained my case in detail to my best knowledge,and finally they got my all documents.
My application was put to Additional Admin Process, almost 15 months ago. I would like to know how long it would take for the completion of AAP, I am in a condition where in I am not able to understand the position of my visa status.
So any one can help me and throw some light on the way to further proceed in this aspect

Hello Friends ,
I need your help with my case urgently . I had applied for H4 and I have received the blue slip 221g . Please help to find out what steps need to be taken next.

Critical information for H1 stamping chennai
Dear friends plz note that
There is a visa ready for every body who posses qualifiying degree for H1 eligibility,and applied with genuine company
Those who are issed with administative processing
means they should have submitted any fake document or given a false evidence to VO at the time of interview.Which many of the aspirants dosen't mention in this website.
Plz see that if u dosent posses a master degree in comp sci or BTECH in comp sci,consulate expects you have 3 years of work exp from genuine IT company.
Do not try to show any fake company,with no time VO can identify that the company u showed is a fake one.
PLZ be very very carefull about the company u applied for is paying taxes and all salries perfectly . check how many employees does this company has.what is visa sucess rate for its employees in past.
PLZ try to follow the above advice no body can take ur visa from u

Got H1b in delhi......
Hi friends...
Iwill share about my luck in u.s consulate new delhi...
iwas attended in delhi consulate on 28 feb morning 11'0 clock...
my slot time is morning 11'o clock but my interview finshed at 10'o clocock in the morning....
all beacuse of the security guard he send me in the line there are only 2 people before me...and later iwas asked for pp,1-797,ds-156,ds-157 forms..they are pined and gave me and told me to enter in to the interview buliding...
then i joined in the line for the finger prints..the she told me to join in line no 2....
then iwas waiting for my interview with tense....
then vo called me with his eyes.....my interview starts like this......

me:submitted ds forms pp and 1-797..
vo:which company ur going for??
me:xxx
vo:whats ur job there???
me:xxx

Hi, I got my passport stamped last month, still I am in india. Before moving to USA, I want to transfer my H1b Visa to another company. Is it possible to transfer H1b to another employer before leaving to india ?
