I had attended my interview at chennai consulate on 6th oct and i got 221(g) for asking addtional documentation from employer by marking all items in employer section

Atlast , i got all my documentation from my employer after 6 months . I have submitted the same on 28th March from Hyd VFS.

I just like to know, how long it will take to process my application after sending the same throught VFS-Drop box.

If any body knows about the processing time. please update me

embassy on my visa status.

Hi Guys,

Could anybody through some light on my case..
I got again 221(g) blue form with AAP("Additional Adminitrative processing") after submitted all required documents in the dropbox for the first query. This time again i got 221(g) with AAP.

Can anybody response with appropriate reason on my case, whether this AAP is on my personal documents or on Petetioner's documents. Please can any body respond quickly.

So guys, If u are genuine, u will get it, dont panic and give long answers, The guys ahead of me got denial of visa. since that guy was giving lengthy answers, she picked a word from that answers and screwed him. With all logical why? how? when? etcc...

So have a good eye contact and confidence..

People say chennai is BAD. But i applied for chennai because around 20 people i know, all got approved guys. I am a mumbai employee for the past 8 months. Still i preferred chennai. And i did it.

So Bad consulate, is shit.. Everything is the SAMe..
Better say, u are not worthy to get it...

VO : Does it require any additional financial knlowledge to implement
Me : Yes Sir, It requires the knowledge of Core Finance
VO : Show me your Degree Certificate
Me : Sure Sir. ( Forwarded )
VO : What will be your responsibilities in this assignment
Me : To implement & upgrade the software for various clients of XYZ Company
VO : How many clients your company has ?
Me : Around 300 in US Sir, but I will be working for ZZZ Clients

Looking Something on the computer

VO : Do you have client letter ?
Me : This is a in house project Sir, & I have a letter from XYZ Company

Me : Yes Sir
VO : You had also gone to Switzerlands

VO : Discussed with some Indian Guy and called him and was showing that my name is appearing twice on his computer
 
Indian Guy : Did you apply for the VISA in the past ?
Me : No Sir
Indian Guy : Have you ever been to this window earlier ?
Me : No Sir
Indian Guy : Did you work for Intel in the past
Me : No Sir
Indian Guy : Please have a sit outside for few minutes, we will call your name
Me : I sat outside in a tensed mood.
After 5 minute they announced my name & I went to the window again
 
Now the earlier VO, who was around 50 years old man was not there, another lady sat in his place( Little hot tempered, around age of 32-33 )
 
Me : What was the issue madam ?
Lady VO : No, nothing, Give me your petition papers
 
Initially my all the papers were neatly arranged in my folder, but as I showed these papers to earlier VO, while keeping it back I did not keep it properly and concentrated only on what VO says. So all the papers were mixed up in my folders
 
I could not find the bunch at one place & tried to give the papers one by one., on which she got annoyed & said, I want all the papers at once.
 
Then I gave the remaining papers.
 
Lady VO : What is your current company ?
Me : yyy madam
Lady VO : Since how long you are working for this company ?
Me : one & half years madam
Lady VO : What is your previous Company ?
Me : ddd madam
 
Now I was trying to arrange my papers thinking that she is going to ask for all the papers once again
 
Suddenly she said, ______________________________________________ arrange __ air
ticket___
 
Me : Pardon me madam ( As I was arranging the papers I did not here it properly what she said except three words)
Lady VO : Got annoyed and did not repeat the sentence and continued..
                Your passport will come back within next 5 working days
 
So I did not here completely what she said in the last two sentences.
 
I had read in the VFS documents that if the VISA is rejected, the passport will be returned accross the counter & I was aware of the fact that if they have a query they issue a blue form under section 221 (g)
As she did not do either, I assumed that the VISA is approved and did not ask her to repeat the sentence as she was getting annoyed
 
& Finally I received my Passport with H1B stamped on it
