Hi,
I attended interview in N Delhi
as i previously had all approvals.
The consular officer issued me
a Yellow form (AAP) and didnt take any
docs..returned my passport.
He mentioned that \this is referred
to Fraud Unit.
I have no idea how long this is
going to take..
Someone said it goes to Delp of State
Is this true.
Name of firm is : Mindlance Inc,New Jersey.
This firm has done projects for Intel
Yahoo search < Intel, Mindlance > shows
several American citizens work through
Mindlance for Intel projects.
So Question why are they suspecting
a fraud case.
I heard from a few friends that, they
are rejecting H1B from small firms
and these are being bought by large firms(eg;TCS,Wipro,Infy)(by taking bribes)as H1 shortage is huge..

H1 status
HI,
I have attended an interview for H-1B on Dec 27 at CHENNAI, and i was given a query (Blue-Form). I have re submitted all the documents on JAN 31, but tillnow i havent got reply from Chennai Consulate.
Yeaterday i mailed to consulate regarding my Status. and reply i got is.
Reply from Consulate:
"Your case has been returned to the adjudication center on March 8, 2007
for review and possible revocation. Further inquiries should be made to
that office".
what does this mean, are there any hopes?

Hello friends,
I attended my interview on 2nd April 2007.The VO gave me 221 (g) yellow from and did not asked for any extra documents but asked to come on any day with out prior appointment.He also said additional administrative processing is required and the office will contact once the process is complete.Can you please say how long I have to wait.They have all my original degree certificates and H1B papers.Please reply.Thank you.

HI, Got AAP(Blue form) after submitting docs through DropBox
I just want to share the Information regarding my Visa Exp.
I attended the interview in Chenni in the month of Oct, and got 221(g) query asking all the docs from employer,
submitted the docs through Dropbox in Hyd in Feb 07 and got response with in week saying ur case is under Additional administrative processing.
I come 2 know that we can not track the AAP status for Blue 221(g), plz let me know is there any way we can track the status of Blue 221(g) AAP case.

iam bilal i hve attended chennai consulate on march 26 and i got 221g blue form suggesting meto drop all additional documents in drop box vfs bangalore. vo took my d156, 157 &hdfc reciept so when iam going to drop my documents should i drop again the d156, 157 along the additional documents

Many cases in this forum are relating to 221G blue handout.All those people please read this
Consulte wants to know that->
your US employer is paying all the taxes properly to govt,Are they paying salaries to all the people they employed on time(Its well known that many consultants dont pay the salaries when employee is on bench.)
Very important point is - if you show that you will be assigned with inhouse project , even for inhouse project there will be a client. consulate never belives that a consultant will have is own inhouse project, thats why they will ask for a client contract letter.
The secondary thing is do you have genuine experience.Never Never show them a bogus company.A company might have building and a staff in india and even they might be STPI registered,but remeber all the companies do not have proper clients.For financial source they might be issuing the fake exp letters for the people who ask fot it.So please beware of it.
**** *And the final and most important thing is each case will depend on their indivudial circumstanses.U might see some people are asked to submit the additional documents,after submittinfg the documents some will get reply in very few days asking to submit passport for staming,and some people dont get reply even for few months,this is only because what the details your consultant have mentioned ,VO might not be satisfied with that,unless and untill consultant is geniune , client contract letter,wage report for all employees is not so easy for consultant to provide you,even if they try to provide by some how, VO will not be satisfied.Thats why we see that many people in this forum dont get reply for months.
AND DO NOT COMPARE THAT YOUR CASE WILL BE SAME AS OTHERS CASE.AND PLEAE DO NOT POST A QUESTION ASKING TO REPLY THAT I HAVE SUBMITTED A 221G DOCS TO CONSULATE THAT HOW LONG IT WILL TAKE? BCOZ TO BE PRACTICAL NO BODY HAS THE ANSWER FOR IT.ONLY YOU AND YOUR EMPLOYER CAN JUDGE THAT.
