Passport Renewal CKGS
Recently I sent my passport Renewal application and docs to CKGS. However, due to some issue in the front page of the govt form, CKGS updated the status "on Hold" and asking to "Please sign and resend the completed application form by post".
>>My query is, do i need to affix a photograph again?
>>if yes, it will be a different copy (as i dont have old copy) and will not match exactly with the one in "Change in Appearance Affidavit" which is already with CKGS now.So, do i need to send that "Affidavit form" also with notary along with the form?
>> Do I need to send the docs to same location that i sent initially?
Please suggest as they are not picking calls and replying to emails.

Passport pending with NY embassy since March 18

Passport renewal at CKGS SFO in June 2020
Did anyone apply for passport renewal at CKGS SFO after June 1st and received any updates ? I sent my package on June 4th. My account shows that my application is in processing at Embassy. Wanted to check how long does it take from now to get my passport.

Text messages from CKGS
I paid 5 dollars additional to get text messages from CKGS, San Francisco as part of my passport renewal process? Has anyone selected this text service and received a message? If yes, when do they text you? At every step or when the re-issued passport is ready to be sent back?

Passport Renewal at NY location - Fedex shipping option not available
I am trying to renew my passport at the New York location. While filing the application form on CKGS site, I do not see the option to select CKGS provided Fedex shipping label.
Is it just me or NY location that has this problem, or other people/locations are also facing same issue?

I have selected wrong service while applying for passport extension and i recieved my old passport.
CKGS took my money order. i just want to check whether i will get any refund? if yes , how they will refund money.

Passport renew for minor son
Question if anyone can help: I need to renew passport for my 5 yr old son: I need to get mother's surname changed on my minor son's passport? Need to change it to same as 'Mother's passport', My son's Current passport has mother's surname same as our marriage certificate/son's birth certificate.

Passport received with in a week - CKGS Atlanta
I have very good experience with CKGS for my passport renewal.I got the passport in less than a week.
sent the package to CKGS on Tuesday (2nd June 2020) and received by Monday (08th June 2020).

Indian Passport Expiring
My Indian passport is expiring in July 2020. I was ready to send it out in March but CKGS and Indian consulate posted advisories not the send as they're closed. Is CKGS San Francisco open now? They aren't picking the phone call or returning the emails. What is the best way to renew as the expiry date is approaching soon.
