Hi,
My husband visa validity is just one month and as per I-94 he can stay one more year.
I have gone for L2 visa to counsalte then counslate asked me to hsow my husband's visa after i showed her she said that your spouse visa validy is only 30 more days and i can not give l2 for 15 days and gave blue slip.As i was not know that time to show I 94 i have not told any thing came back silently.

i've no idea about why VO rejected my visa, it's all pure luck.Please find my conversation below, it might help others

I have gone to consulate by morning 7.30AM and my interview is scheduled at 8.45AM.It was a long Q even by that time I reach der.
I was really tensed after a long time appearing at VO for interview.Guy who was interviewed before me has been rejected I came to know as I was standing near there.
Its my time and here it started:
VO: File plz
Me: Gud Mrngg
VO: Monrg
VO: How many yrs of exp in TCS
Me: 3 Yrs 7 mnths
VO: Whoz ur client
Me: XYZ Communications International
VO: How many yrs have u been working for same client
Me: 3 Yrs 3 Mnths
VO: Explain me ur project
Me: Explained for 30-40 secs
VO: Handing over my papers he asked if needed to take a replacement how mant days it will take to train.
Me: Basic work can be trained in 2months but to gain the knowledge on project specific tools will take 1 r 2 yrs of time.
VO: Visa is approved u ll get the passport in 5 days .............
I was sooo happyy hearing to it that I cleared it ....

L1B Rejected at Chennai :(
HI , I have prepared well for the L1B but No Luck. we need to prepare well but luck plays important role. Infront of me one Director having 20 years exp literally argued with VO and he was so angry on her and the effect came to others who are in the queue. Pls dont argue with VO. I was asked about normal questions like why you only and why are you going and specilized skills . Thants all :( I got blue slip. I did very well but LUCK ALSO plays imp role ALONG with CONFIDENCE.
