Thanks to immihelp and users for posting their experiences. It did help me a lot. The bottom line is that you should be confident. Don't give a slightest hint to the VO that you are nervous. If you know you job well, there is no reason to worry.
The VO asked me two questions.
1) What is your designation?
2) How long you have been working with your current Organization?
My interview was scheduled at 12:00 PM but I reached by 10:30 AM. I was out of the Consulate by 11:05 AM.

Hi all,
First I would like to say thanks to immihelp for this great forum. It helps me a lot. My L1B was approved from Kolkata consulate on 22nd Feb along with my wife's L2. The following questions were asked:
1. When did you get married?
2. Do you have any children?
3. What is your specialization?
4. From where you did your masters?
5. On which subject you did it?
6. How many days you are working with this company?
It was just 5-6 minutes and after that the visa officer replied "Congratulations..I am approving your visa". So just be specific,confident and cool. All the best.

My company applied l1b it got rejected exactly 2 years back. I was woking in proj (client xxx), for a new requirement my company applied a petition for proj(client YYY). But I had just 1.2 years exp and somehow it got rejected. Due to this I continued to work in proj (client ZZZ). My current exp in proj(client ZZZ) is more than 3 yrs . My company is again planing to initiate l1b. Can anyone tell how much client exp i shd give in my documents?
