Well, I had my interview on 14th Dec & things went fine.
VO: Good Morning.
Me: Good Morning.(Passed my docs)
VO: How r u doing?
Me: I'm Good.
Vo: What do you do for <my organisation name> ?
Me: For <organisation name> I work for YYYY Client in YYY project with my 4 and half yrs of experience in AAA, BBB, CCC technologies.
VO: How long r u working for this YYYY client?
Me: For 1 yr 4 months thats from day 1 into <organisation name> i work for this Client.
Vo: Whats ur specialised skill?
Me: I have about 4 and half yrs of experience in AAA, BBB, CCC technologies.
VO: Where were u earlier?
Me: With <previous organisation complete name> about 3 and a half years.
VO: (then came the words that i'll receive my passport in a week's time & hand's over 2 forms)
Me: Thank you.
L1-B applicants kindly collect the I 129 S two copies from the VO which will be returned if ur visa is approved. Coz this doc is very important, if u miss to collect it then takes about 2 months to get it & the process is bit trivial.

L1B Approved!!!
Hi,
I had travelled to Delhi for my L1B extension and it got approved.My visa was originally stamped in 2008 and i got for 3 years.However i stayed in US only for 10 months on the visa.
When i went to Delhi this time for extension they granted me a NEW VISA for 3 years!!! Thats awesome!
I work for a top notch company and got only 2 questions.
VO:So..you work for A????
Me:Yes sir!
VO: What do you do for your company?
Me: I am working as an () and I have 4 years and 2 months of exp in (the specialized knowledge) and going to US to implement this for the Client...
Thats it and they stamped my papers.And i collected my passport after 2 days from the VFS office.
Now back in US! Good luck to all!

My L1B blanket got rejected @ chennai in Aug,2010.
Later my company applied for L1B individual which got approved.
The consular officer is the same guy who took my interview last time. But this time the interview was so simple and cool.
me:Good morning sir(passing the documents)
VO: Goodmorning. How are you?
Me: Fine sir, how abt u?
VO: Fine. what is ur exp with ur company?
Me:4yrs 9months
VO: Where are u going in US.
Me: City, state
VO: who is ur client
Me: xyz
Then he was doing something on his sys and finally came the golden words, "Ur visa is approved and you will get ur passport in a week"

Thanks to immihelp I was able to clear my interview successfully on 2nd Dec. There was a delay in getting my passports, other than that things went smooth. Below are the questions.

I: Since mine was an L1A visa I made sure I told my managerial roles. Like project planning, resourcing etc. Dont mention technical roles if you are going for L1a, your replies should be very specific to the category of visa you are applying for.

YYYY ZZZ
Off: Show me the marriage certificate and the marriage pics?
Done.
