I attended interview in Chennai consultate today Jan 5th,
I got the below specified questions:
1. How long your working for this company ?
2. Do you have any prior experience ?
3. Your graduation ?
4. Your Client ?
5th question which i didnt expected,
5. Do you have any letter from your Client ?
I said No, since i dont have.
6. Your specialized knowledge ?
I have provided the info on tools, she stopped me imme and said this tools doesnt comes under specialized knowledge ?
Friends please check with your manager whether is that possible to get letter from your client for your travel.

L1B Blanket Visa got Rejected!
Hi All,
First of all Thanks for this website.This website helped me to prepare for the interview.But,Unfortunately my L1B Blanket visa got rejected today due to Specialized skill.
I have one doubt,
After L1B Blanket Rejection, Is there any time line to process another type of Visa.And which type of VISA can be processed for me.
Please can any one clarify my doubt.

I have attended the interview in Mumbai on 3rd Jan and got it approved.
I was very lucky as i have faced only 4 preety straight forward questions.
1. Since how long you are working in the company?
Ans: ## yrs ## months
2.Which is the client?
Ans: #####
3.How many years for this client?
Ans:## yrs ## months
4.Any previous journey?
Ans: No
5.Is is for Specialised skills?
Ans: Yes (As i have applied for L1 Blanket)
Thats it.
I think the duration for which you are working for the current company might matters. Also the client for which you are working.
It is preety smooth process at the consulate everything is clear and well managed by the consulate people. But one thing is just pay attentation while waiting for you token number to be announced. They are having speakers as a result voice is spreading and sometimes not clearly audible.
Just be calm and confident at the time of interview.

L1-B Blanket approved at New Delhi
First of all, I would like to thank this website. It helped me a lot in facing my Visa interview.
I have attended the L1B visa from New Delhi on 3rd Jan and it got approved.
Following were the questions that were asked to me.
1) What do you do for your company
2) What is your overall experience
3) What is your experience in the company xxxx
4) What is your specialized skill
5) What is planogram
(it is used in retail industry)
6) Why is planogram used for
7) How many people are working at offshore on the same project
8) (I had Philippines Visa already stamped)In which city in Philippines you went.
(I did not went to Philippines as the trip was cancelled)
9) Why you did not went to Philippines
19) I do not see any specialized skill in whatever you have tol me, explain it to me that why should I approve your visa.
(This question was a tricky one. I explain about my project and the XYZ tools on which I am working.)
11) Why only you, any person from the XYZ company would be able to do the work as he has good knowledge of the tool.
(Explained that the person from the XYZ company knows about the tool but he does not have idea about the application in which he is supposed to work.)
12) Technologies in which you are working in your project.

The application in Siebel Wave 1 and Wave 2 uses different different tools. All these Applications are not using the same tool. I am specialized in Application versus the tool. I have special knowledge in Konnex database & through which i can integrate all the applications in Wave 1 and Wave 2 into single source Analytics DB.

Don’t Struggle to answer in between and try to answer continuously without stuck up anywhere. Before he stops by his questions, we should be prepared for stopping his Questions by answering VO in Best way. Dress up formal. Maintain Eye contact with the visa officer. B1 visia rejectd ( twice) now..appplying L1

I am Lead Software Enigeer... ( I have 6.5 Year of experinece in Company C1)
I have joined Company C2 in Dec - 2010..
As the company has started there new operation at Bangalor side...It was required for me to go there and get training and understand new requirement.
So..We apply for B1 visa on 2nd dec..It was rejected..the reason was VO donot see that i have joined the company..I have offer letter of company which say i am joining them for 1st dec..
so ...we reply on 23 dec...this time..as training was alredy started we say..I am goinig there to collect software requiremnt..then also the visa was rejected..
Now ...My company thinking to apply for my L1..
I am skilled worker and have specific technology skills and training , certifcation for Microsoft..
