Request for initial evidence
Hello everyone, I had my interview n400 through marriage and my 1-751 also in pending or process, my interview was very easy and simple and passed the test too, the thing is me and my wife don’t have bank account joint and lease mortgage too, we don’t have these things joint, bcz when we got married my wife she bought the house so I wasn’t here to add my name on the house and whatever we have everything is old like the house before I came to USA she bought it and bank account is old we didn’t make anything new new, we have health insurance together that she’s in my insurance, we have life insurance together, we have same address, we have joint taxes, so the uscis sent me a letter that I should prove our marriage is in good faith and they asked for joint lease or mortgage, joint bank account, employee letter, same address , bill or receipt by our both name.
We sent them health insurance we are together, live insurance, same address, employee letters, letters from friends and a new receipt that I bought my wife’s new ring, around 15-20 new pictures and 25-30 pictures from our wedding, our marriage is in good faith and we are happy but we don’t have kid if you guys have ideas or know something about such situations could you guys please let me know what will happen? The documents I sent are those okay? Do I get approval or not? Or what will happen after this? Please if you guys explain the situation after this for me.
Thanks from everyone and good luck to everyone

Naturalization ceremony so late - DC area
Hi all,

I had my interview in August 2019 and it's been 4 months and haven't heard back from USCIS. Officer mentioned I will receive the mail for the oath ceremony invitation within 3-4 weeks but I received none.

Does this usually happen?

Moving to different state while N-400 pending
Hi everyone, we are relocating to Jacksonville Florida for a job opportunity (from NYC). Wondering if anyone had any experiences moving while application for N-400 still pending (we filed for N-400 July 2019, I-751 Aug 2018 as thats also still pending), my main question is how long approximately does transferring my application file will take, will it cause significant delays or just a few days/weeks?

Can anyone also share their timeline from Jacksonville Florida, thank you!

Updated updated.....!

Hello everybody,
Marry Christmas !

My case timeline :
01/01/2019 submitted form N-400.
01/22/2019 reviewed biometrics.
11/22/2019 interviewed at Santa Ana Field Office.
(Required evidence for a traffic violation under $500 fine. I did not have one to show her at this time.
(Updated evidence same day, I came back uscis office and give her a testimony that showed I done paid fine.)
12/12/2019 on my online account case status updated:
“We approved your application.
Your final step to becoming a citizen is to attend your naturalization ceremony.
We will mail you a letter when we schedule your naturalization ceremony.”

(Same day 12/22/2019 on my online account also updated “ You attended your interview.”)

Question?
Can everybody estimate when I can receive a letter for my naturalization oath ceremony ?

Thanks you so much!
