OATH CEREMONY IN SAN JOSE 09/26/2017 ( 1 more oath in a month)
Hi guys, I start this thread to let people who have the oath ceremony on 09/26/2017 at Campbell Heritage Theater do not worry about why their date is not 09/19/2017. I received my oath ceremony letter last week and it stated that my oath ceremony day is not 09/19/17 like most of people on **** *, and on other website too. So this morning I go to USCIS san jose office to confirm with them if they send to me a wrong date or there is really another oath ceremony for next week like in the letter stated.
I was confirmed that this is the first time in a while San Jose office will have 2 ceremonies in a month at Heritage Theater. (maybe too many people have passed the interview earlier). They repeated to me 100% accurate for the date and time next week, so guys I will keep you post to see if everything is accurate after I take my oath next week. If not , I will be so sad to get my oath postponed again.

Status: On 11/22/2016 We sent you FP notice...
No movement since then.. Inquired through Ombudsman.. They responded that my case is under review by USCIS. No updates as of now ..
Not sure why i am being held back.. No issues with my application. No Ticket No arrests, nothing...
Who else is in the boat with me ?

has been denied by letter on 9/12/17 (reason :presence in US less than 30 months)
so now I want to apply again & I have question:
Is there anybody else has this problem & been rejected?
Do you think lawyer can solve this problem & no need for another filing?
If i file another N400 , need another time finger print & 6 months waiting?

I wanted to share my naturalization experience with you all and I cant begin to thank everyone of YOU here for sharing your experience when despair and frustration were taking over my life.
My application is based on Marriage to U.S. Citizen.
PD .....> March 24 2017
Finger Print Scheduled----->April, 12, 2017
Fingerprint Done ----> May, 12, 2017
Case is in line for Interview ----> May 26, 2017
Interview was Scheduled for ---> June, 15, 2017
Interview Done-----> July 25, 2017
Oath Letter was mailed----> August, 15, 2017
Naturalization Date----> September , 15, 2017
So entire naturalization process was completed in less than 7 months. I am now a proud U.S. citizen, My oath ceremony was very emotional as my husband and my mother in law who is 93 attended it. I cant thank enough for my family for all the help and support.
All the best guys! This process is tedious one but its all worth.

- 11/9/2016 -- I sent citizenship application.
-11/28/2016 --USCIS received my case.
-12/19/2016 --I was scheduled for Fingerprint appointment.
-01/06/2017 -- I went to fingerprints.
and since January it says this "On January 10, 2017, we started the interview scheduling process for your Form N-400, Application for Naturalization , Receipt Number NBC **** **** . We will send you an interview notice"
I have not received anything else. Should I be worried?

Oath ceremony wait times
I had my interview and was approved the third week of august. I still have not received an apt for my oath ceremony and the online stays still says "we placed you in line for your oath ceremony......" how long are the normal wait times until you get an appointment for your oath ceremony?
