I have my Oath ceremony scheduled for 13th September. I am planning on applying for expedite passport application. I have my international flights leaving on 3rd of October. Do you think I can get my US Passport right before my trip?

After applying for citizenship last year, I frequently visited this site to get feel of fellow passengers on the same bus to citizenship. I was hoping to see some posts from Hartford CT but no luck, Here my timeline and hope this will help

08/17/2017: Oath Ceremony Will Be Scheduled
I am still waiting for my ceremony date and time. So far it has been 9 months and still waiting for my citizenship certificate. At least passing the interview was already a huge step that I made. My interview was smooth and easy. The IO was very friendly and nice. He asked me some personal information (verify address, place of work, etc..), then 6 questions civil test and reading and writing were simple and easy. The whole process was about 15-20 mins, way quicker than I thought. Anyways, good luck everyone. I will update once I receive my oat ceremony notice.

N-400 interview @West Palm Beach, FL
Me and my wife sent in out N-400 application after 6 years of Green Card (employment based) on 12/18/2016.
We did finger printing on 1/26/17.
Today me and my wife completed our N-400 interview. The officer was really great and the interview was way easier than I expected. We both got "Recommended for approval" letters.
My wife's oath ceremony is scheduled for next week. Mine is going to take more than a month due to name change.

Passport received in 10 days !
I have applied for my passport 8/07 expedited . I received it yesterday 8/17. 10 days exactly. flipping the pages you will see a different background in each page with a meaning behind it . and presidents name on top . never expected to be a peace of an art . pretty interesting

Question on rescheduling oath ceremony
Is anyone familiar with rescheduling an oath ceremony appointment? As I mentioned previously, I'm scheduled for a business trip the week of the oath ceremony. What are the chances of getting into the next available ceremony date if I request a reschedule??
