My case process is going very fast actually;

Filed application on 6/3/2017
Finger print appointment on 6/27/2017
Interview on 8/7/2017 passed and approved
Waiting for oath ceremony (status says that USCIS will mail you the appointment notice).

Interview trick; be honest!! Even if you have minor traffic tickects such as speeding, tell officer everything honestly.

Mailing and Residence Addresses, Student away from home
Please can somebody tell what to do in this case.

Student 19 year old. Lives with parents in Louisiana. His Driving license, Civic Services Card, Green Card, - all have Louisiana address.
Now he is a student in Michigan, renting an apartment. But his all documents are connected to Louisiana address.

In July, he sent N400 to Chicago Box, since he is a student in Michigan, and can do naturalization through offices in Michigan.
Applying for N400, we wrote his mailing as Michigan apartment, and his residence address as Louisiana address.

Now he is physically in Michigan, and yesterday, he got I-797C NOA on his mailing address, saying:

Above application has been received by our office and is in process. Our records indicate you personal information is following:
Date of Birth: xxxxxx
Adress Where You Live: LOUISIANA ADRESS

Please verify your personal information listed above and immediately notify our office at the address or phone number below if there are any changes. Upon receipt of all required Record Checks, you will be scheduled to appear for an interview at your local USCIS field office.
---------
So questions:

1. Where are they gonna send him for fingerprints to Michigan field office or Louisiana office, according to this notice?
2. Does he have to change address WHERE HE LIVES to his Michigan appartment address, so they send him for FP to Michigan office?
3. If he changes the address, do all his docs need to be changed as well? ( I mean Civic Services card, Driving Licence)
He is still a dependent on parents tax. And under their medical and car insurance. Can he lose the dependent status if all his docs will show he lives far from his parents?

Thanks
