After asking few general questions relatated to my IT job and research VO gave me pink slip with AP. VO didn't ask additional documents,, they need more information about my profile, returned all documents except passport. VO told me that they will contact me by next two days.
I have concatcted Embassy to make it sure if they need any further document on 12/22/17. Consulate replied me with same answer on 12/26/17. No status update yet.

I had 8 AM slot on Nov-07,2017. I am on EVVC model, not having MSA between client and vendor but i have showed him client and vendor letter. He asked me to wait for 3 hours, around 11:30 AM Once after every one left he called me and gave 221G-Blue slip and conveyed that process might takes several weeks. He returned back my docs and passport. So for they have not asked any documents.
Detailed Information:-
Nov-07,2017 - I have attended H1B VISA interview, officer gave me 221G blue slip.
In interview, i have submitted client and Vendor letters. Passport returned to me at the time of interview. No communication after above date of interview.
Dec-19,2017 - Got email from "Chennai, H&L" <[email protected]> to submit passport
Dec-20,2017 - Passport submitted at Chennai OFC Office
Dec-26,2017 - Case date got updated on CEAC as 26-Dec-2017 but status was "AP"
Dec-28,2017 - Case date got updated on CEAC as 28-Dec-2017 and status was "ISSUED"
Dec-29,2017 - Collected Passport

Had first h1b interview on 31th Nov after f1 - h1b cos happened in 2014. CO asked about my full time job at top MNC with top pay. Then asked about my old passport and 797. Returned my 797 and old passport , kept the new one and told me that my passport will be ready in 5 days. Status was changed to AP and status date changed on 1st dec but no updates after. NO slip given but I saw him writing something on a yellow sticky and then he pasted that sticky note on the passport.
Emails to ustraveldocs result in nothing but canned responses. I was not expecting my case to go to admin processing. I think I wont be able to go back as intended and would have to rebook flights. Anybody else in same boat from delhi embassy on around 30th nov ?
