B.G Arrested and Fingerprinted on charges of DV in Oct 2014. Case dismissed with "failure to prosecute" in Jun 2015.
First Stamping after arrest New Delhi Dec 5,2015:- Submitted court dismissal documents. Visa approved after 221g on Dec 16th 2015.
Second stamping:- took appointment on last day of Feb. The VO lady asked for court docs, I gave court dismissal document. She denied visa right on the spot and asked to re-appear with all other court papers. Got more letters from lawyer and order of dismissal signed by judge, basically written form of the first dismissal doc.
I.V on 03/10.
1. 221(g) 10th March, Admin processing
2. PPT returned on 24th March with another yellow 221g, submit Panel Physician report
3. Collected docs(ppt,slip,court docs) from VFS 03/27, took appt in max,New delhi, 03/29
4.Submitted all docs again(ppt, same court docs again, 797, max report) on 3rd April
5. Still A.P., showing case update:-03/10. Embassy has my docs(confirmed)

I was given the blue 221G slip. I have an MS in ChemE and I work for a manufacturing company as a Quality Engineer and I am directly employed by the company. VO asked me several questions to clarify that I do not work in Programming and that I am directly employed by the company I work for. She asked for my major and once I mentioned Chemical Engineering, asked for my resume. She asked for my research experience during Masters and asked if I am involved in R&D currently. She then issued the blue slip and asked that I email a copy of my resume and wait for further instructions from the Consulate.

I have attend with my wife and kid on 10th Feb. After 2-3 questions VO asked me for financial document of my petitioner. I said I don't have.
Than he handed me white slip of 221g and told me to send mail. Passport not collected.
My status is still not updated so after 60 days I sent mail to [email protected] and got reply saying submit your passport for further process.
I am confused no mails or status change yet asking for passport.

Attended interview in Chennai for L1-B (Blanket) with wife and kids on 21-April-2017. Interview was on counter 20 by a middle aged lady VO.
I was given the blue 221(g) saying "Your application requires additional administrative processing before a final decision can be made".
The VO retained our passports and said they do NOT need any additional documents from me.
She had given same blue form to the person ahead of me, don't know if this 'admin processing' is increasing or is it just this VO's preference.

I attended the interview on 28th Feb 2017. The VO asked certain questions and asked to submit additional documents for her review. She gave me a yellow slip with a case ID and hand written admintrative processing.
I tried to check the status at https://ceac.state.gov/CEAC/ site but it says case id is invalid.
Kindly help, Am I looking at the correct site? I selected NIV.
First Update on status - 19-APR-17 (From 'Refused' to 'Administrative Processing')
Second Update on status - 20-APR-17 (From 'Administrative Processing' to 'Issued')
Passport tracking status updated on 20-APR-17 twice - from 'left the consulate' to 'ready for pickup'.
Passport collected from pickup location on 23-APR-17 - stamped.
Thanking God for giving patience....all the time through. Thanking this forum for giving hope...
