H1B renewal.
Dropbox submission - 15th November
Got an email that my passport was ready to pickup on 20th November.
On picking up the passport, I noticed that I got a blue slip asking me to attend the interview at the Chennai Consulate.
Interview - 20th November
Questions:
Do I work directly for the company listed on my I-797
What is my role at company ABC
How many years have I worked at company ABC
Where did I get my Masters from
Have I ever been out of status
Issued another blue slip. None of the options on the slip was checked. The Consular Officer told me that she has all the documents and they need to do additional processing on their end. She specifically told me that it should be completed in a week.

Previous 221(g) was likely due to stolen passport. Both mine and wife's PP were stolen so both of us got 221(g) last time. This time her application was immediately approved. I still have 221(g).
This is my third 221(g), previous two were cleared in
~20 calendar days. Hoping for similar or better timing.

Went for h1b stamping on 11/18 to the Mumbai consulate . Converting from F1 to H1. The Visa officer asked basic questions said everything looks good, kept my passport, but gave me a green slip.
On the tracker I see the case date was updated from 18th to 22nd November. No update since then. This uncertainty is killing me!
