221(G) Tracker

Just adding an extra data point for fellas that me that were looking for some answers like me. 02/28/2022. Interview data. I was given pink 221g administrative processing form, Passport was collected. The case status in the CEAC is refused 02/28/2022. a questionnaire was sent to my email (ds 5535 questions but without the form just email) 02/28/2022. Responses submission the same day. 03/05/2022. first response from embassy, they asked me to resubmit the responses in a word document and not in the email ( I lost one week here) 03/15/2022. I emailed the embassy no response 03/30/2022. I emailed the embassy. I asked them just to tell them that my case is being taken care of. They responded saying my case is still under AP 04/18/2022. My case status changed from refused to AP 04/21/2022. My case status date changed from 04/18 to 04/21, but the status was still AP 04/22/2022. My case status changed to issued

Went with my family Interview slot was @ 10 AM Once the interview was over myself and my wife placed the fingerprints The VO said the following: "There is some issue with his system and he is not able to see the details. So at present can't issue the visa to you. But I will collect your passports. Normally this would take 5 days. In your case it may be 10 days. Won;t be able to provide the max timeline" Was given a yellow slip with remarks as PIMS. Did not asked for any doc.

Background falls under TAL. M.S. in Aerospace. I previously had the same admin processing in 2019. Due to covid, I had to schedule my interview at Kolkata rather than chennai. Consular officer issued slip, asked for CV, research details and so forth and told me, you know how it goes as you already had this process last time. Apr 11th - interview date. Apr 11th - Submitted required docs related to research. Apr 26th - Requested to submit passport at any VAC. Apr 27th - Submitted passport at chennai VAC. May 2nd - Issued. May 4th - Email received to collect passport at Chennai VAC. Should get it back in a couple of days. Does anyone know the chinese site which has a much more active 221g tracker page than here, I used to use and don't remember it now.

I have attended interview on april 6 th passport collected . after 2 days in ceac the status got updated to refused and recieved one email to fill and send ds5535 form. I have sent on april 12 th case last updated on april 29 th still it is refused. Can any one help how much time will take for ds5535 221g processing.

Hi guys, I was interviewed today and was issued 221(g) slip and immediately after my interview I got an email asking me to submit certain documents (CV, admit letters etc.) has anyone else been in this situation? I had some questions. Any help will be much appreciated. Thanks!

1. Interview taken on 02/16/2022 Regular questions asked regarding work location, project and education. No documents asked during interview. At the end of interview, he wrote '6 PIMS' on a sticky note and affixed on passport. I was handed over Yellow slip and was told that they don't need any document or info from my end and they need to do some internal processing. If any information is required, I will be contacted. 2. 02/28/2022 - Case was updated with date at CEAC website, but status displays the same as before - 'Refused'. Status changed again to 'Refused'. 03/25/2022 - Case was updated with status 'Administrative Processing'. Status again changed back to 'Refused'. 03/28/2022 - Received an email to send Employer letter and details of work location. 03/30/2022 - Details were shared through email. 04/04/2022 - Status updated as 'Issued' at CEAC website. 04/06/2022 - Courier tracking generated for passport.

Dropbox Date: Mar 14 ~10 days later, collected passport and documents to find no visa stamp and a letter to appear for walk-in interview. Interview Date: Mar 28 VO asked regular questions about what my company does, whether I'm full-time, and cost of living in San Francisco. I was sent to another window where I got a white slip and told that I'll receive a DS 5535 form in email that I need to fill out and submit, and processing time is 6-8 weeks. DS5535 submitted Date: Mar 31 Current status as of Apr 14: Refused, last case update Mar 28 2022

Hi Everyone, Please check below to understand my case: 10th Feb 2022 : Interview in New Delhi, Received 221g yellow and consulate keep passport. Document requested on same day via mail(case updated to refused) 17th Feb 2022 : Document summitted via mail ( As they request many doc and HR letter as my client don't provide client letter because of policy) 23rd March 2022 : got mail to submit passport (Case status - Refused) 24th March 2022 : Passport submitted (Case status - Refused) 25th March 2022: Case Status changed to "Administrative Processing" 31st March 2022: Update date changed to 31st march but status remains the same. Can somebody guide me on "what is case status remains "Administrative Processing" but updated date changed"? Also my passport status is "There is no status update available for the passport number submitted"

On Dec 28, 2021, the consular collected my passport after the visa approval during the interview. One day later, DS5535 was received by email, and my passport was returned empty without a stamp after 10 days of receiving DS5535. The status remind unchanged for 3 months now. is there any thing to do?
