After New Card Is Being Produced
After receiving the notice New card being produced yesterday 1/27 for all 3 of our petitions (wife, son and mine), today I just got 3 updates:
-my son’s i765 approval and i131 approval
- my i131 approval
Still missing my i765 approval and my wife’s i765 and i131 approvals
Any one had similar experiences? Seems so random!

Hey Guys,
New user to this website, interesting to see the processing times. None of it makes any sense at all.
I applied October 4th and EAD status is still pending, yet someone I personally know applied October 14th and received his EAD on January 7th!!!! Both of our applications went to Vermont, so I cannot understand how his was approved so quickly. I am quite jealous to be honest.
Anyway, I do have a question that I am hoping someone can answer. I have been recently interviewed and am worried that if I get a job offer I will have to turn it down due to not having the EAD in place, as mine could take another 2-3 months. Is there a way around this so I wouldn't have to turn the job down due to my EAD not being approved yet?

Congressman
Today the congresswomen office accepted our paper and will be sending an inquiry to the USCIS about our case.
They say it takes the congresswomen's office about 5 business days to process the request and than USCIS has 30 days to respond.
Since we are already outside of normal processing time (June 11th) and we already put our own "case inquiry", is there any difference between what we did and what congresswomen office will do?
Can they be just as easily ignored as our request?
After 230 days without any movement i got to say hope is growing thinner every day.

Hi,
I just received my notice for interview on 26 Feb.
However, my passport is currently in the UK being renewed. This takes around 4 weeks (but they can't tell me an exact date as to when they will have it done by).
I'm not sure what to do. I guess I will need this for the interview.
Anyone got any ideas?

I’m filing through my mother who is a U.S citizen . Doing this with the help of a Lawyer .. back in 2015 my case was abandon so I had to reopen a new case which I did in 2019 by LAW my age remained at a pause to USCIS .
TIMELINE
Sept 2019 sent out applications which got denied
oct 2019 sent out application again with a letter informing the Law & to be looked at
oct 12 2019 forms are in process
oct 21 request for fingerprints

I was sent an rfe on Dec 19, 2019 for my i130, they received my response Jan 7, 2020, anyone with similar experience as to when i might get my ead or be scheduled for an interview.
