On 02/25/2019, I filed for EAD renewal based on pending I-485 and VAWA.
On 11/14/2019 case transferred to vermont service center.
On 01%27/2020 Card is being produced.

Hello guy,
I follow this forum for a while. i have a question. my old company in my own country has an office in Dallas, where i leave now. and they offered me a job. i applied to EAD and green card on Occtober but case was received on November 18. Biometric done on December 14.
there is no update yet. I am on NBC center.
i dont want to miss this job, i am thinking to expedite but i don't know job offer letter is enough?
anyone has experiences?

I just received the interview scheduled notice from uscis. My online status still reads case ready to be scheduled for an interview. It was a happy surprise!

New Card Is Being Produced
Hi all,
I have talked about my case background previously. After the interview was scheduled on January 20, the status for my I-765 has changed to New Card Is Being Produced today.

Public charge

Bad news today, supreme court sided with Trump administration, and made his "public charge" interpretation legal, shall we say.

Meaning if the immigration officer thinks that you have a chance of being a burden to a society based on your finance (you are not wealthy enough to sustain your self) they can deny your Green Card, or a visa.
Everyone should talk to their lawyers about sending "expedite" for financial ruin after today.
I am not a legal expert, but it seems highly likely to me that if you yourself says that you are close to financial ruin, they might think about you the same way.
Stay strong.

Hi all,
Here is my timeline:
I130 marriage based LPR on Sept 2018
I485, I131 and I765 on June 21st, 2019
December 27th I requested an expedite with my job offer only
Expedite was approved on January 22nd
485 updated to ready to schedule for an interview on January 22nd
Today I received a notice that my interview is scheduled. I am really happy and I hope everyone else with long waits get good news soon. I should also mention that I still haven't received a notice that my EAD card is being produced and I really need that too ASAP.
My case of I131 and I765 are became outside normal processing time today.

Second expedite
I made a second expedite on my I-765 last week and faxed uscis the evidence for financial problems and all. Now, my status just changed to Expedite request received instead it should have changed to requested evidence received . I don’t understand what these wants to do with us. Anyone with similar situation.??
