Hey may fillers. I would like to know how are your cases going so far. Mine is quite slow at the moment (AOS I765, I485, I-130 marriage). i filled on may 21 and I just got biometrics taken on august 1st but nothing has happened since. On a recent call with call center they say the case is still in normal time, but I don't like this waiting time, it's insane. How r u doing so far? any approvals already?.

I am about to give up really getting stressed about my case which is now exactly 272 days since USCIS received in NBC, since then online only says “my case was received” only thing that i had done in biometrics in december but status never changed to anything. Was reading a lot on here and wonder how many people are in same boat as me. Raised SR on aug 1 still not assigned officer for processing I mean how crazy is this????? I am starting to wonder if they want our cases processed and if they are picking some people out or it is just a lot of people in same boat and we are not aware of it. I see a lot pf people getting EAD in 3 months and I am on 9 months plus and they didn’t even pick my case up. Just so frustrating

NOTICE SENT AND RETURNED IN THE MAIL 06/25/2019-spoke with rep and no one could tell me what the notice was.. put in request to have it resent but still have never received it and status still showing request not assigned. I'm assuming it may have been the change of address letter.
RFE 6/27/19-wanted a copy of USC birth certificate. we submitted this when we filed but lawyer says sometimes paperwork gets lost.

I'm so happy to finally share that my husbands EAD is being produced, got the notification over night!

Filed numerous expedite requests on my own and through congressman during this crazy wait time... not sure what worked or if they realized they were months behind on our file.
Funny thing is we got notice our interview was scheduled last week.(interview date is Sept. 24) So now everything happened within one week span. He will have his EAD probably for a couple of weeks before the interview and the green card being printed, at this point, any amount of time helps!

Anyone traveled on their advanced parole and had issues returning? Asking since I overstayed a couple of days before sending in the application for my marriage based GC. Probably won’t travel since it’s a risk but just wanted to hear experiences :)

good afternoon. I called the immigration today and they said they were starting to process the cases of March 24, 2019 for the EAD. And I'm just a March 24, 2019 filler. Can someone tell me how long it would take to get to my case and process the EAD? Any opinion would be welcome. thank you and good luck to all.
