Green card through marriage
Good day everyone, I got married Dec 18 2018, filled i130, i485 and i765 at the end of Feb package was delivered on March 6 2019. Got the receipts notices on May 15 that my case has been received as is being processed at MSC. Since that date I have not heard anything else, no biometric nothing. Called USCIS and only hearing the same thing that is on the receipt. At this point I am beyond frustrated.

No luck with expedite
Thanks everyone for sharing your experiences.
I tried requesting an expedite directly through Emma and also on the phone, and it was denied within 24 hours without asking for information verifying my financial loss (being removed from the teaching university schedule for the upcoming schedule and on a single income, prior EAD has been expired for 1.5 months).
I’ve also reached out to 2 different Congress offices, Inquiry was sent in, and I haven’t received an update recently from the other.. so I’m trying to be patient, unsure what else to do.

Over 8 months
We filed for the work/travel permit alongside other forms at December 4, 2018, and still nothing. It’s been over 8 months of absolutely hard waiting, and I can’t take it anymore it’s absolute torture. The i131 is still “my case was received” while biometrics is still “my fingerprinted review was completed”
We filed 2 inquiries for work and travel and are still waiting. We are contacting congressmen in our areas but not much response from their end as well. What is going on? Anybody else going through this? Is this normal? Or is our application flagged for some reason?

I am posting my timeline here just like everyone else in the hopes of giving some filers an idea of how the timeline for 2019 filers goes around. I am filing from Los Angeles location.
My husband came in the USA as a tourist last September 29, 2018.
February 03, 2019 - We got married
February 28, 2109 - We mailed I-130, Travel, employment and petition for Relative paper works
2-3 weeks after filing we received a receipt.
March 04, 2019 - Our priority date
April 02, 2019 - Bio metrics appointment
1-2 weeks after biometrics, our status on the USCIS website got updated to "Your case was received etc."
August 07 at midnight - We got a notice saying "Card is being produced"
August 08, 2019 - Status changed to "Your EAD has been approve"
Same for the travel document.
As of today - August 12, we are still waiting on the physical card to arrive. I will update my timeline as soon as there's an update.

Hey guys been reading ur posts, I am an April J2 filer RD 19, I haven't gotten any as yet , this is really stressful as my previous EAD expires June 30, been out of a job since that time...even though my manager regular check if I have received card...it's crazy!...

SR not assigned for processing

Receipt Date: 2/25/2019
Biometrics: 3/25/2019
I put it in a SR for my I-765 on 7/30/2019 but it's still not assigned for processing.
I read some people get a response via email the same day, or receive a letter in the mail a few days later. Anyone else still seeing the SR not assigned for processing?

What are the steps to speak to a representative through Emma, if somebody could give me the steps and what to ask to get to speak to one, all I get is two choices USCIS closings and contact us is Emma’s reply. I’d like to ask when my ead will be processed pd is dec 24. Thanks in advance

I-765 case approved but no card
Guys,
I filed my I-131 (P.D: 05/20/2019) two months after I filed my i-765 (P.D: 03/18/2019). My I-765 case status changed to "Case Was Approved" on 08/07, but my I-131 is still in "Case Received" status. My question is would I be getting my EAD card now or do I have to wait until the status changes to "New Card being produced" as reported by many people before they got their EAD card? And would they only generate the card if my I-131 is also approved? So do I need to wait until then to get my EAD/Combo Card?
