Hello,
I filed my case July 25th. I filed all forms concurrently (Married to a USC). I have my biometrics 23 August. In a broad perspective, I have seen it take up to 6-8 months to get the advance parole and EAD card. Do you think I will receive my EAD/Advance parole before May 1st 2020?
Any feedback will be appreciated.

Want to no if there’s answer to this question. If u ve been waiting over 400 days on ur I 765 to be approved n nothing was done.you expedite ur case which was assigned to officer for response,Can ur case be approved by officers after review without requesting for proofs of expedite if officer notice u ve waiting for so long.

Expedite through congressman
All of you contacting senator or congressman to help with your cases, how do you do it? Just Call and explain your case or send an email with all the information?
I did a service request July 31st due to outside normal processing time, it hasn't been assigned to anyone yet and my gut is telling me nothing will happen, like nothing has happened since January 2nd for me. Such BS. And when chatting with a representative he told me to wait 30 days...

Expedite Request through Congressman

Put in a SR on 7/30/2019 (still not assigned for processing), and no update on my EAD.
Last week I reached out to my local congressman office. They asked me to fill out a privacy release form and told me they would contact USCIS.
I followed up with the congressman office today and they told me they filed a "request to expedite based on outside of normal processing time".
I read about cases in which people request an expedite due to financial loss or other emergencies, so I'm not sure if the expedite request will work in my case (currently on H1B so still employed).
Does USCIS take action on congressman expedite requests based solely on the application being outside normal processing time?

Waiting for EAD
Concurrent filing I-485, I-131 and I-765 on 04/01/19

Biometrics reviewed on 05/03/19
Since then nothing, still waiting for my EAD. It's been almost 4 months.
We moved after filing and i am terrified stuff got lost in the mail, even though we changed our address with USCIS and USPS.

03/08/2019 - I-485, I765, I131 were submitted
03/13/2019 - PD
04/03/2019 - fingerprint appointment
08/08/2019 - submit SR, no response so far
But we received a letter that initial review of I-485 determined that there is deficiency with photos. And we will need to bring new photo to the interview.
Did anybody else receive this kind of letter? Do you think its a good sign, did they start to work on our I485 petition? Maybe they will schedule the interview soon?
