Hi, This is F2a filer in 4/2 at the NBC
It’s been for 215days nothing updated for EAD as ‘your case was received’.
This makes me high stress and I am not being able to sleep some days.
In my location, there’s no available infopass..
Any F2a filer can share the time line??
And what is the phone number for asking about this?

Card mailed out 10/31/2018
I am still waiting for my card. I think the range from card produced to card mailed is so close. After I get my card, I will keep you guys post.
The NBC processing time is 4 month to 6 months. I was considered submitted an expedite request but after I read some information about requirement for expedite, I just give up.
My case is pretty fast, hope everyone lucky as well

RFE after 120 days
Anyone else received a request for additional evidence after 120 days of wait?

nothing since then, and received a RFE for form I 485 for 2017 tax docs from spouse 3 days ago.
I just called USCIS and the lady said will take 60 days to get a response. Does that mean I have to wait another 60 days to hear back for my EAD?
Anyone else in similiar situation? I have a job offer that's been waiting for me for 4 months now and i'm worried they're gonna lose patience and let me go.

Hey guys I just have a quick question,
My EAD was mailed Monday, I already have a SSN from when I had a J1 W&T visa.
When I will get my EAD, can I start working right away or do I have to wait for change my new SSN?

Hi all,
I just got my I-131 or advanced parole approved yesterday which honestly I didn’t expected anymore because I already had received my EAD card in early October. So I was wondering if any of you have experienced the same thing? Will they send me a new combo card instead?

I called USCIS customer service to ask regarding my 1-765 case
But I was so nervous while talking as I called for first time ever
Provided my reciept no and date of birth and she asked me various questions I just said may be to everything as I was extremely nervous. She also asked me “May be”?
I am just scared now are there any repercussions or consequences
Does anything happen to my case ??

Card being Produced
Hello guys , I just got an update on my case today after 201 days on my i-765 , My case status changed to Card being Produced , but i have a question , how long does it take them to mail them to you? and also since i Have a pending i-485 i applied for a travel document as well , do they come together? and im not gonna be getting my travel document along with the Work permit. thanks in advance guys
