Hello,
I applied for L2 EAD on July 6, 2018.
Case was approved on September 27, 2018.
Till now it says case is approved and it’s been close to 1 month with no update in my case.
Any idea how long I have to wait to receive card, I went through this blog, and few messages says it will take 60 to 120 days to receive card.
I am worried a bit as this taking too long.
Any one can help me on how to proceed further. How long should I need to wait. How to approach Ombudsman or congressman. Any help or suggestions pls.

Expedite on oct 10 because my husband is miltary and is moving oversea and we will be moving together. So he faxed them his military order few days ago.
Oct 25 new card have being produced😎.

EAD Case Approved!
First off, I'd like to thank everyone who has been replying to my posts and giving me advices in the past, because without your guidance I would still be sitting here waiting in despair.
I honestly don't know for sure if it was luck of the draw in my case, because I understand there are so many of you who filed in March and April are still waiting on yours. But I exhausted all my available resources out there. I contacted my Congressman's office, my Senator's office, and last but not least, Ombudsman.
At this point, I'm confident enough to tell you guys that Ombudsman was what did it for me. I filed with them to request assistance with my EAD application on October 9th. During this time, I was also actively reaching out to my Congressman and Senator's offices for help. In all honesty, I had my doubts about Ombudsman. I didn't think it would even go anywhere since my mindset was that I wasn't directly dealing with an actual person so there was no way my request with Ombudsman would even transpire.
10 days later on the 19th, I got an email from them saying they reviewed my request and contacted USCIS. On October 23rd, my case's status changed to "New Card Is Being Produced." Yesterday, the 24th, Ombudsman sent me an email confirming with me that USCIS made a decision about my case, and that Ombudsman were closing my request with them.
So I'm writing this post to let you know that YOU NEED TO FILE WITH OMBUDSMAN, if you have yet to do so. And lastly, I know everyone is telling you to "be patient," but I decided to be proactive instead. Being patient gets you no where. Start utilizing the help available to you.

Hi guys i called yesterday to uscis to expedite my ead based on financial loss. Does anyone know how long it takes to receive any email from them requesting for the papers/evidence ? Also what kind of documents they will request ?

April 19th pd
Hello folks
My pd is April 19th as of now it only says that for my i765 fingerprint review was completed same as for my i485 fingerprint review was completed for i131 case was received I filed from Chicago NBC , kindly advise what is next as no update since July 2018 is that the card in production next step or still need some more step toward that. Also haven’t got any interview appointment for i485 yet please guide how long do you guys think it will take or what is the next step to go for ..?

Congressmen office process
Hello,
Can someone who has contacted a congressman office share their process? After you sent them the USCIS privacy release, how many days it took them to inform you about your case status? Can they fasten the process or you can just learn what's the status of your case?
In my experience, I contacted one congressmen office and send my privacy release. No one sent me a confirmation notice that they received my email. (They said on the phone they will send a confirmation email) Should I contact another congressman?

i request for a EAD expedite today! wait for result
I have been a viewer of the posting in the last 3 months, seeing everyone share their experience. today, as I read another posting, who file on the same day, already got EAD card due to an experdize, I was strongly encouraged, and called hotline just now. Hopefully I can get a speed up soon.
My case: C09, marry to USC.

Case ready to be interviewed: Aug.20, 2018
do nothing until today.

Confusion about NBC
Hey guys! My i485 said interview ready to be scheduled and my i765 status says case received on May 9. I am in Chicago so that must be my field office.
- When I check processing times for i765 there is no drop down option for chicago. Only NBC and the 4 others. and on the i797 it says So am I right in checking processing time for NBC for my i765?
- for applications that don't require interview, does the application remain in NBC if it was received their or is it transferred?
- If NBC is working on cases of April 2018, does that mean the cases that were rceived by NBC in April? And if the priority date is current how long does it take?

Hi guys,
I received my ead on oct 10th but I still haven't received my SSN card.
I called the customer service number today and after waiting for 2 hours they told me that they dont have my documents.
What should be my course of action ?
