Its been 102 days but there has been no change in my case status.
I tried to expedite case based on the job offer but it got declined . I have already pushed my joining date once and another push may result into loosing this opportunity.
Anyone else in the same boat ?

I filed 130-485-765 on April - AOS (C9) from F1
PD 04/20/2018 - NBC
my Fingerprints appointment was on May 23.
4 months later My I-485 changed on Sep 25 to "Case ready to be scheduled for an interview (I got the notification 11:15 pm)
I never got any news about my 765, It's been 174 days since they sent me my NOA.
I noticed that people who applied in MAY- JUNE they DID get their EDA already, even if they are F1 visa or B1/B2. Apparently, the issue is with people who filed on march or april.
I'll be outside normal prossesing times next Wednesday so my question is If they are listen to Service Request sent from the website or it would be better if I call them.

Expedite Request
Ok guys, so today I callled USCIS in regards to expediting my EAD. I spoke with a lady she was very nice. I just basically told her I need to file an expedite based on severe financial loss to an individual. She explained the protocols to me and she told me she submitted my request to NBC. She stated that I should receive a reply back from them in a couple of days about my request. My PD is March 26, 2018 which is a total of a 198 days waiting. If and when I hear from from them I will update you guys with the result. By the way I did try reaching out to my congressman and no reply yet. So I'm just basically trying use all my resources. I also filed an SR 2 weeks ago because my case is over normal processing time.

So this is my case:
I filed I-130,131,485, and 765 on Feb 5
I had my Biometrics taken on Feb 16
I got RIE sometime in late march(I don't remember the date), and they received my response on April 11
On August 14 my I-485 Changed to "Case is Ready to Be Scheduled for An Interview"
It's been 247 days since they received my case, Every time I ask my lawyer about my case, she is telling me to wait and there is nothing that she can do.
Do you guys have any advice for me ? I know that the RIE might "reset the clock", I'm thinking to call USCIS but I don't know what to ask or tell them, and it's the same with contacting the senator/congressman office

New card is being produce
Hello everyone!
It´s my turn to share my experience.
I´m married to a US citizen, C9 category and my Center is National Benefit Center (MSC).
I´m in L.A. California.
PD: 04/16
04/28 Fingerprint appointment letter received
05/10 RFE (birth certificate, the one i sent wasn´t clear i guess)
05/17 They received my new birth certificate, I sent the original copy..
05/17 Fingerprint walking in.
Silence still i received:
09/12 Case ready to schedule an interview (I received this notification at 03:00 am)
10/05 I called to expedite my case for financial issues (almost reaching the 6th month), they told me i will receive a notification in 5 days, but...
10/10 new card is being produce. (i received this notification at 11:00 am)
I don´t know if calling made it faster, i think it did.
I checked daily the tracker in this website ( https://www.immihelp.com/tracker/ead-tracker ) i think would be a good idea if everyone share their information on it.
I also checked the website http://www.mycasetracker.org. I don´t know how accurate is but seems it work well with a lot of statistic information.
During this time i tried to keep busy, working out, reading... doing all the things i won´t be able to do when i start working.
Be patient...

Today I received an update that my EAD card was mailed. Hopefully the SSN card will follow too. Do you know how long will it take for both cards to arrive?

Expedite EAD
Today is my first time ever calling USCIS regarding an expedite for my EAD. Called twice and they said their systems are down.🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️ I guess that's just my luck. Will try calling back tomorrow though.🤷🏾♀️🤷🏾♀️ Anyone had the same experience today?
