On March 20 Notice date for forms: I-485, I-130,I-765
Biometrics done on April 11
On April 08 received an e-notification for RFE/I-485
On April 09 letter for RFE/I-485 received on our residence
RFE/I-485 received at the NBC on April 17
On April 08 we received an e-notification saying that on April 05 was sent a RFE and our application or petition will be held in suspense during that time, until they receive it.
Today June 21 calling the USCIS Customer Service regarding the Employment Authorization they said that my case start counting all over again since the day they received the RFE/I-485, which was on April 17.
Hopeless.

Any one still waiting since sept or before?What is the maximum wait time for EAD? Has anyone filed OIG complaint for extremely long waits for EAD? Any luck?

About to send expedite request
Hi guys, I am about to send an expedite request for my I-765 (EAD). I contacted my local congressman but the aide told me they cannot help me with sending the expedite request. That I have to send it in and that they can afterwards check in with USCIS to inquire about the status.
What would be the best way to send my request? A USCIS officer said I should mail it in (physical copy) but that it could be opened in 2-3 weeks. I've read some others call via phone and then receive an e-mail.
I have a job offer and it may be rescinded if I don't have my permit by then. thank you

134 DAYS NO UPDATE
Hi guys, I have been waiting for 134 days now still no update and when I try to raise SR, this was the reply I got. please does any one had this experience before?
We are still reviewing your case and there are no updates at this time
We will notify you when your case status changes. We last took action on your case on May 23, 2018.
Please can any one explain what this means.

6/11/18: RFE: Initial evidence for I-485 (after 140 days they decide to ask us for initial evidence, i mean WTF???)
We have been waiting 5 months now and all we've gotten is an RFIE because our lawyer did not include the I-130A in our i485 packet.
My question is, based on the rule that an RFIE sends you to the back of the waiting line, does that mean we are back to square one in waiting for an EAD? Should we expect to wait another 90 days (or 5-7 months based on the real ead processing times)?
I'd like to know if anyone has had any similar experiences (good or bad) after an RFIE. We can't get any information on our specific case on the phone, but rep said based on the rule, our wait times were more than likely affected, because the i765 is dependent on all the other forms.
At this point, we're just more lost than ever.

1/2 Got married to USC (From F1 Visa)
2/2 Send concurrent filing for i765, i131, and i485
2/20 Receipt notice MSC (NBC center) Received date was on the 2/8
3/13 Biometrics (21 since Receipt Notice Date)
05/19 Submit change of address
06/01 Ohbudsman did the online thing (takes 30-45 days) Faxed in my docs
06/04 Raised 1 SR to expedite due to financial loss (104 since receipt)
- No one ever follow up with me for evidence or anything. I explained I am currently on OPT and it is set to expire in a month. I got few letters explaining my financial loss, and loss for my team
06/12 Contacted local congresswoman (Day 112 since Notice) ( Just look up the congress person for your area. I just called her number on the website
06/13 Submitted my privacy form along with scanned letters
06/15 Received case is routed as expedited from congress assistant
06/19 New card in production (119 Since the notice) Same day heard back from omhbudsman that Card is in production
It was a long journey, but I am so glad I can work without losing my job. Be proactive guys. Waiting doesn't help in this case when increasingly more people are submitting their apps. Be proactive! I have read just used SR/congress/ohmbudsman one at a time, but if you are desperate why would you wait for it? Just try everything you can to make it happen!

L2 EAD-Case reopened after Case approved on Same day
Hi Everyone,
Today I see 3 status for my case.
1. We are producing your card and will mail it to you( around 8 AM)
2. We approved your case(Around 9 AM)
3. We reopened your case and are reviewing it again (current status)
I am totally confused what is the status of my status.
