I think its only a handful of us who have been waiting for EAD for 250+ and not gotten anything. I wonder what is so special about our case.

EXTRA WAITING TIME
Guys, have you heard that if USCIS requests the evidence , the days between the request and when you actually submitted the evidence are paused in the process and added to your waiting time. That is what my congressman told me after the office spoke to USCIS. Does not seem right. Anybody heard the same ever from their representatives?

Service Request after 90 days
I'm on L2 (spouse of L2 visa holder).
My case was received at the USCIS (California) on mid March.

90 days have passed, and the only update I see is still "name was updated" (from March).
Since 90 days have passed, I tried to raise an SR. The processing time on the website is "2.5 to 5 months".

The only option I saw on the website was to raise an "outside of processing time query", so I filled that one. I immediately got a response saying: "Your application or petition is currently within the posted processing times. An inquiry may not be created at this time".

Does this mean that I cannot even raise the service request? Even though 90 days have passed?
I can only do it after 5 months???

My Approval Timeline
I've been a lurker of this forum throughout my application process, and I wanted to add my EAD/Advance Parole processing timeline as another useful data point. I sympathize deeply with all of you that are still waiting. By comparison my timeline was fast, but i've been there sweating it out alongside all of you. There is hope to speed up the process if you are proactive.

Category: C09 AOS by marriage to USC (from a TN visa)
Received Date: 2/27 (note that the online system says "Submitted Date" is 3/7)
Center: NBC (sent from NYC)
I-797C Receipts: 3/10 for all four applications (I-130, I-131, I-485, I-765)
Biometrics: 3/28 (in NYC)

In April I received a job offer and told them I should be able to start in mid-June.

Contacted Congresswoman on 5/23 through her website. Heard back from an aide on 5/24 asking for a letter from the new employer stating the urgent need for my services and the start date in order to make an expedite request.

On 5/31, received e-mail from Congressional aide forwarding response from USCIS that my application would be routed for expedited processing, with the same language reproduced in other posts here about no promises on processing time, many requests to expedite in the queue, etc.

Case Approved: 6/5 (I-131 and I-765)
EAD Combo Card in production: 6/4 (odd, but showed up in the online system on 6/5 along with the approval)
EAD Combo Card mailed: 6/7
EAD Combo Card received: 6/9

Total timeline from filing: 98 days to approval, 102 days to EAD card in hand.

My advice is that if you have any reason to expedite, contact your Congressperson ASAP. It works. We did not raise any other SRs, Tier 2, Infopass, etc., which seem to not really do anything.

Good luck to all! I promise you will get there.

Not so good news for October filers
Just had an info pass. Officer said someone touched your case last week but it has not been assigned to an officer yet. Also, he said, he saw many people filing from last year in the same situation. He said I don't want to scare you, but it seems you guys will be waiting for at least few more months. My case has not been assigned to an officer yet, filed on October 3rd.

NVC
Does anybody know if we need to inform NVC that we are adjusting in the US? or USCIS would make that inquiry? please let me know if this is the reason they are holding up our EADs
