Is there anyone who received mail instead of email to submit the required evidence/documents for expediting the application?

Hello Everyone,
Am happy today because I just received my EAD card. I have waited almost eight months in order to get it. Here it’s my timeline:
My EAD was c09
PD: September, 27, 2017 ( I received notices from my I485, I130, I765).
Biometric: October 16
March 08: 1st SR, no answer
March 18: 2nd sr, nothing
March 28: contacted congressman and requested him to push for both cases I485 and I765 ( Please I highly recommend it)
April 08: 3rd Sr, no answer
April 12: called congressman and the secretary told me that they were waiting for answers.
April 15: received an email from the secretary of the congressman saying that I was about to receive an answer from uscis within 30 days.
April 20: Checked the old website and I saw “card is being produced” and received an email later in the evening confirming it
April 21: received another email saying that my I485 is ready to be scheduled for an interview.
April 24: received another email that my card was mailed to me.
April 25: called level 2 officer to get the tracking number
April 30: card received. I sat outside my home waiting for the postman. I cancelled all my appointments in order to wait for him. I recommended you to wait for the postman. I did not need to put my name on the box. Sit and wait.
In my case, the old website was updating faster than the new one. It would take more than a day for the new website to update. So always check both in order to make sure. I recommend to call them once a while and contact congressman or congresswoman. Beyond that, please always pray if you’re religious and call to thank the congressman. If you have any question, please ask me?

Infopass experience
Just came back from infopass appointment, a complete BUMMER experience. The lady I met simply told me she had no additional information for me and I should just wait for the 60days as advised by NBC center working on my case. I even asked her if she saw anything more regarding my case and she said "No, they really can't see any thing more regarding my situation." She had this dead a*s expression while talking to me, horrible worker.
Yeah, I really wonder when my ead would come. I think I am on day 249 now? (Kinda lost track of the days because it's been that long )

RFE after waiting for so long
So that is my case. After 191 days waiting, checking my inbox, uscis site, immihelp site and etc, I thought my EAD card was about to arrive and instead of that, I received a RFE.
I sent the evidence back after 15 days, they received it last week and they updated after 1 day only, so it shows the site is very accurate,.
But...now the question is: How long do they take to review the evidence and approve the EAD? The site shows up to 120 days to give me a response, but it would be almost 1 year from my PD date.
What is your experience with that? Has anyone faced a similar situation?

My FRUSTRATING experience. NoT OVER
Hi,
I am so frustrated and about to give up on this process. The institutions in charge are so inept. It's unbelievable. We file the Adjustment of status 11/15/2017. I tried expediting the process. NO RESPONSE. I got biometrics done on 01/02/2018.
I raised a SR to see if they could expedite it. NOTHING. They never answered my requests. On 02/14/2018 I got a notification that the EAD Card was approved and the day after that it was mailed. I thought, It is going fast. 3 days later I got the approval letter in the mail. NO CARD> I called to see what happened and they told me that it was a system glitch and the card wasn't produced or mailed. They told me to keep waiting. It is the end of April and THEY WON'T TAKE RESPONSIBILITY. They said that the card wasn't produced. I contacted Senator Hatch's office, the OMBUDSMAN, and USCIS lies to both of them. They told Senator Hatch that the card was mailed, when I called they said that it wasn't. So THEY ARE PLAYING BOTH SIDES. They told the ombudsman that the card was sent out, but there's not a tracking number. They lie to them and the Ombudsman office closed my case and told me that it's the Post Office fault and that I might need to re apply because that is what USCIS told them. So, USCIS blames the post office but when I call they said. OH we haven't produced the card,! nothing has been mailed out. They Lie to everybody to get them off the phone.
SO NOW, I DONT HAVE A CARD because they dont want to make one. I am thinking about suing USCIS. Has anyone had a similar experience? I need comfort words because I don't know what else to do.

Expedite Request Fax Number
Hi, I submitted an expedite request for my I-765 and received an email from USCIS asking me to fax them supporting document. I tried faxing mu docs couple of time but it seems like the fax machine on USCIS's end is not received the document. Anyone has similar experience? Please advise.

EAD approved and not AP
I have seen this posted about in the past- for those of who you applied concurrently I-485, EAD, and AP, and received an EAD that was not a combo card, did your AP come after the fact? Do you know why you got only an EAD? My EAD was approved however there is no status update for my AP so I am concerned it will not be a combo card. Thanks for your help!

Expedited my EAD this morning and my case history shows that it has been assigned to an officer for response.
Does this usually mean they're going to ask for evidence or deny it? For those of you had your OPT EAD expiring, what evidence did you send in for financial loss?
