1)Filed multiple SR after 75th day, closed within 3 days with status within processing time.
2)Raised expedite request and was asked to fax documents which was done on 04/16. No updates since
3) Contacted Ombudsman on 04/10 and they replied today with the following message
Thank you for contacting the Ombudsman’s Office. We have reviewed your request for case assistance and determined that USCIS recently issued a decision regarding the application/petition referenced in your request for case assistance. If you do not receive the decision within 15 days, please contact USCIS at 1-800-375-5283 or through an online case inquiry at https://egov.uscis.gov/e-Request/Intro.do.
Any thoughts on this? Does this mean USCIS responded to my expedite or my EAD is in progress? It has been 104 days so far.

175 and not so much as an email since PD. 2 Inquiries. 1 info pass. 1 expidite, Contacted congressman. MSC c9 I-765. I-130 I -485 Indianapolis In. Senator Joe Donnley 6Th district. No emails no changes only SR not assigned. For stepdaughter. Wife's case only took 5 1/2 months green card in hand. We got RFE and took 5 weeks to send back. Still got everything completed in less time.

Expedite I765
My expediting request has been assigned to an officer since 2 weeks ago on April 10, and there is no update since then. I assume they have backlog on the expedition requests! Anyone has similar experience?

Hi everyone,
I submitted a second expedite request on April 23rd, 2018. In the website I saw the different changes, first it was assigned to officer, then it said a response was sent to my email. This morning I received an email saying: "Your request has been forwarded to the proper department for further review. You should receive a decision or notice of other action shortly". I just check the site again and it says: your request to have your case expedited, referral number **NSC, was completed.
Has any of you seen this and if yes, did you receive another email after ?
My first expedite was denied and no reason was given to me, when I asked the officer he just hang up on me. I submitted my application on 12/18/2017, work based.

I got an email around 10th April saying my case was assigned to an officer and will receive a decision shortly.But since then nothing happened.Its been around 2 weeks.
How long do they take to give a decision for I-765?

EAD Expedite with Job offer
Hi all, can someone please inform me if i can expedite my EAD based on a job offer despite already having a job (that doesn't pay much)? The job that I have is not my ideal career job and the one with the offer on the table is. I disclosed my job with USCIS when filing the application c(9). Has anyone been on the same boat as me?

3 weeks ago my I-765 status online has changed to "Fingerprint Review Was Completed".
Do you guys know what happens after this and how long should it take to get my EAD ?

How long does it take?
Received and email from USCIS after raising my 3rd service request and it states "The status of this service request is:
Your case is currently under review. You should receive a decision or notice of other action within 60 days of the date of this letter."
Does anyone know if they take the full 60 days to make a decision? Anyone gotten the same email?
