I’ve been following this form for couple of months and I really appreciate everyone’s feedback.
My application date Was on the 23 October 2017 and now I’m just passing 175 days and nothing as of yet. I did submit to the ombudsman three weeks ago and got a response last week saying that it’s under review. Anyone on the same boat?
My application is based on C9 marriage at the national benefit center.

Hi,
My I765/131 PD is on 10/16/18. I opened 1 SR in March with no response and another in April which I just got a response saying I should get a decision within 60 days. Have you received the same? Also, how true the 60 days is?
Finally looking forward for the recently approved folks to hear which was their PD on NBC to kind of see where I am relatively standing in the line.

In old case status site history it say my expedite request is completed. New site says just case received.

ombudsman supporting documents
Hi guys, I filed my I-765, I-485, and I-130 applications on 10/10/17 and I haven't gotten my employment card yet. I contacted my congress woman but she was not very helpful. I am in the process of contacting ombudsman, but I am unsure of the documents to send as support for my case. What documents should I send to prove my case? Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks.

I-765 C9, response from USCIS
Guys my case history says that my request for I-765 application was assigned to an officer and response was sent to me.
In past, I gave several SR but none of them was assigned to an officer but this time congresswoman gave an expedite request to USCIS.
Does anyone have a similar situation? Does this mean my application got approved?

EAD renewal
Guys pls help, I sent my renewal application to the national benefit center that issued my initial EAD card which was lee’s summit. Did I sent my application to a wrong address ? I got nothing from them and it’s been two weeks. I really don’t want to stop working before I get another one. The old one will expire in June 28th.

Separate EAD and Advance Parole
Hello,
Anyone here received a EAD card and later received Advance Parole?
I called USCIS and they made a mistake and only sent the EAD instead of a combo card. They said they submitted a request for the officer that processed the case to take a look and see why only EAD received and not combo card. That in 2 weeks I should either receive a notice from the officer or receive the Advance Parole.
Anyone here had the same situation?
