On Feb 28 my case for EAD was updated because I put the wrong DOB. They said this was the 'Initial Review'
I was hoping to get another update by today that the card was produced...but nothing yet.
So ready to get to work.

Hello my good people, finally I have good testimony on this site after 7 months of waiting God is Good never believe will ever have EAD have lost hope... But to God we have it my case update today from case was received, to we order ur new card, and change again to card have being produced, I'm so excited, God I'm so happy, I pray for everyone still waiting we have cause to celebrate and be happy like me right now thanks to everyone, just remind u again my PD is August 1,NBC C9

Does anyone know or have a timeline of how long it takes from "Card being produced" to "Card was mailed" to actually having the card in hand? Please share !

Howdy everyone, I was requested to produce initial evidence. Today my status changed to evidence received, when I looked online. Today the update says the expedited request is complete, does anyone know what that means? How long after rfe received? Applied in October 5th, NBC center.

I-140 just got approved at NSC, what to expect next?
Hello, I would like to get some piece of advice in regards to what to expect next with my case from the experts on the forum:
RD: Oct 6 (I-140, I-485, I-131, I-765)
Processing type: Regular
Country of Chargeability: Mexico, EB3
Priority Date: May 22, 2017
I raised one SR for I-765 pending for more than 75 days on January 15, the response that I got was that my case was in line to be reviewed by an officer and to allow more time to process (90 more days).
Contacted Ombudsman on February 15th for I-765 pending for more than 75 days, but still haven't received any response from them.
No movement at all in any of my forms was observed through February 22.
On February 23 employer and lawyer agreed to convert to premium processing my I-140 in hopes this will speed up the process of getting EAD/AP processed and approved.
Upgrade I-140 to Premium Processing: Feb 26
I-140 Approved: Mar 2 (Today)
I just got the text message and email that my I-140 was approved today (thanks to God), and since there is no backlog for visa allocations for my category and country of chargeability (CURRENT), my question to the gurus in this form is the following:
What should I expect to happen within my pending cases with USCIS? What would be the next steps most typically? Any ideas how long will it take to get AP/EAD approved after getting the I-140 approved?

wanted to add my timeline. I have posted several times in the frustrated almost 200 day wait for the EAD...
8/18 received documents at NBS
9/28: RFE (translation of birth certificate) accepted
12/20: SR 1
01/26: SR 2
02/16: SR 3
No response until yesterday 3/1 we got notification "card in production"!! SO excited so my husband can FINALLY get out of the house and work. We have been so miserable waiting.
These processing times are ridiculous but as most have said, it will happen for all of us eventually...
Any idea how long it takes to get card in the mail?
