Can someone tell me what is " still pending for consideration"
Acknowledgement received from USCIS : oct 19th 2017
expedite request - Jan -2 2018 - denied
SR1- Jan 12 2018 - response for as "in line for processing"
L2 officer - Spoke to 2nd level officer and he was so nice and he said he will notify Vermont center to issue me the EAD card immediately or update online about the status.
SR2 - jan 18 2018 - in line for processing and will assign officer as soon as possible
Sr3 - Jan 29th 2018 - " still pending for consideration and cannot give a timeframe "
Now I am sick and also afraid of raising SRs. Can any one tell me what that last SR means??

My i765 was approved from January 31, since that day didn't hear anything back! And my status still the same.. I am wondering if it will be changed then it needs more 7 days after changing??
Another question please if any one knows anything,
I filled my travel document application i131 two months after i765 but before the approval though,,
You think I will get EAD/AP or they need more time to prove it by itself???
Will that Delay my card ???

cases have been pending since 125 days . no update
raised two SRs with no response
case is with NBC.

My EAD i765 was approved but my advanced parole is still pending. MY EAD card says in production and will be mailed but has not changed to mail yet. Are these assholes now waiting for my i131. I don't give a **** about that Phucking travel document I just need my EAD ASAP!!! I wish I never applied for i131. Is this going to delay my i765 card order. I am literally going to lose my job in one day if it is not orderered within an hour. This entire experience comes close to one or the worst experiences ever I hate this so much it is literally making me so depressed

11/06/17-Application received
11/15/17-Application rejected due to extra money sent for biometric screening which was not required in my case
11/20/17-Application received by my lawyer via USPS. Updated amount check sent same day via FedEx overnight priority
11/21/17-Application received and Vermont Processing Center was assigned
01/20/18-1st SR raised. Expected Reply 11th Feb, 2018
VSC reply:
“We researched the case and found that your case is currently in line for processing. We process cases in order which they are received and will assign case to an officer as soon as possible. We regret that we cannot provide a definitive timeframe on the processing of your application, but assure you that we are committed to the timely processing of applications for employment authorizations”.

Card being produced to card mailed
Anyone know what the general timeline between card being produced to card mailed. My online status changed to card being produced on January 31. Will I get another email notification when card is mailed or will it just arrive. This is so annoying I just need this darned freaking card already wtfff
