EAD Based on marriage
I just wanted to share my experience with all of you, as I know the feeling of waiting that kills us, and this forum helped me a lot t not stress about my EAD and ohter immigration process,

Here is the timeline:

June 12: sent all the documents for green card application, I765, I130, I131, I485 to MSC
June 19: receive I797c for all applications
June 23: receive appointment notice for Fingerprints and Bio metrics (at this time everything seemed to go as planned

July 7: notice to applicant of a form is not valid, and wait for further informations
July 13: bio-metrics and fingerprints

Then the long wait started,

September 13: reached the 90 days of "normal processing time"
September 14: raised service request, answered to except an answer by September 23rd
September 28: status online changed from Case is received to New card is being processed

October 3: received by mail approval notice for the EAD
October 5: received by mail the EAD card

Total processing time of: 116 days from the application beginning,

Do not always trust the online website, mine is still on new card is being processed and I already received it,

One advice that can really make the difference is to raise the service request, and not wait 90 days like me. Do it right at the moment you reach the 70 days,

I know it is a long wait and a very stressful one, good luck to all of you !

EAD expiration
The status of my case was updated to "New Card is Being produced" on 10/05/2017. Since it's a one year card, is the expiration card supposed to be one year from the card being produced, which is 10/05/2018? I haven't received my card yet but i need the expiration date information to complete the I-9 verificaiton. Pleas share your experience. I appreciate it and good luck to everyone.

Waiting for my EAD
My experience so far...

13th June PD - MSC (marriage based visa)

20th July - Biometrics

7th September - 1 SR raised - still no response

20th September - Contacted Congress person as I have a job offer and they expedited the process.**

27th September - Called USCIS and they said nothing had been added to my account - they raised 2nd SR but still have not heard back from anyone on this.

29th September - update - my card is being produced (so happy)

However, It has now been a week since then and I have no update on card being mailed which seems unusual. Called USCIS and they said I will receive it in 60 days!!!! This doesn't seem right to me. Does anyone have experiences of waiting this long?

** I don't personally think the Congress person helped my case. Overall they were completely uninterested and have never got back to me with details of the expedite. I can't be sure they helped with speeding my approval up. It seems the second SR I raised made a difference as my case had been over 100 days...

EAD approval received
Hi guys!

Quick update.

Just a few minutes ago I got an email from USCIS with good news. My EAD and travel document have been APPROVED.

It took 108 days. Filed at Texas Service Center

Please keep faith in God. I know the waiting and not knowing is the worse.

Remember "If God puts you through it, HE will take you throught it".

Keep positive!

Also does anyone know how long does it actually take to received the EAD?

Delayed EAD
Hi all,

Really need some help here. Marriage based green card application.

I765 received on March 17th.
Biometrix done April 19th.
Interview done July 25th.

Raised 1st SR on July 27th, received response on 8/7,
Under review.

Called my lawyer to raise a SR, they did one on 9/1, same response
Came on 9/14, case under review.

Status haven't changed online.
I am really getting worried. Losing my mind. Please help!
What should I do? Lawyers telling me to just wait till Oct 14th
And then we will do another expedited. But I am losing hopes.
