Hi All,
Here is my experience with EAP/AP so far.
7/10/17 RD based on pending I-485 c(9) Nebraska
8/31/17 fingerprint appointment
10/6/17 approval notice for my daughter’s AP (I didn’t file her EAD) 88 days
10/13/17 I and my wife are still waiting for approval notice of our EAD/AP. 95 days
When do you guys think we can get the combo card? I really need my EAD cuz I have a pending job offer like many of you guys! What is normal timeline for obtaing approval notice for one family member after getting approval for another family member? Is one officer supposed to deal with entire EAD/AP application for whole family members? Or they usually treat them seperately?
I thought at least I can get my EAD by today cuz it has been 7 days since I got my daughter’s AP. It is really frustrating. Do you guys have any ideas? Thanks in advance!!

after 197 days waiting, i finally got my EAD card, it was a long wait.
PD: 3/29/17
6/12/17 GOT approval letter for form I-765 after that, nothing else happened
called a few times and they all gave me the same answer 'TO WAIT'. While waiting i was getting more impatient.
raised 3 E-Request myself and 2 RAISED , 1 by customer service and 2 by a 2L Officer.
the last 2 were responded and 1 of mine too. No status changed so I waited patiently for a letter. but Guess what? Finally today, after 197 days i got my EAD card. Didnt call congressman, just raised E-Requests and call customer service.
Dont give up peeps, keep calling and insisting!

Hi all,
I wanted to leave a message since I've found some of the messages here very helpful and reassuring. I applied for I-485, I-130 & I-765.
PD: June 16th
Biometrics: July 4th (I didn't wait until my appointment, I just showed up the next day after receiving my appointment notice)
As of July 21st my I-485 is ready for interview.
1st SR: Sep 15th (91 days)
Sep 17th I visited my district's congressman's office and they sent a request to USCIS.
2nd SR: Oct 9th (116 days)
Oct 9th I got home and I saw the approval letter!! Big coincidence!
Oct 10th it said online that they had issued a response to my request. At this point my approval was already issued.
Oct 11th I got an email from my congressman's office saying the EAD was approved on Oct 2nd and that the card was en-route. They included the tracking number and the card is being delivered today! YAY!!!
The CASE STATUS online tool still says "case was received", no updates were recorded so I never got the "card is in production" or "card was sent"..
Total: 118 days. So glad the wait is over!

i'm on my 133 day and my case is not yet scheduled. I have a offer and my employer is eager to know the status but my lawyer suggest us not to go to the congressman and be patient. Please suggest what should I do??

I have stayed 3.5 years on L1B visa and now completed 3 year on H1 B visa. Combined together I have crossed 6 years in USA and currently my spoue is on H4 Visa. Whether she will be eligible to apply for H4 EAD based on the combined L1B + H1b stay of 6 years?

July 27: RFE was received and in process
Oct 10: Today is day 76 from the day RFE in process and there is not any news. 167th day since PD.

How to Renew?!
Hello I’m not fully sure how to renew my AP & EAD combo card. It expires at the end of January.
