EAD
Thanks all for sharing your experiences. It helps a lot. Keep sharing and helping each other.

Below is my exp. till now:

Case filed – 31-May-2017
Biometrics – 18-July-2017
EAD/AP – Combo card Approved – 15-Sep-2017
EAD/AP – Combo card Received – 24-Sep-2017

But gender name for wife is misprinted as M. Attorney confirmed that this is a CIS error as they correctly noted on the forms as female. They need to return the original card to the NSC, and request the CIS to correct the error and issue a revised card.

Does anyone has any idea by when we will get the new card ? Any response is highly appreciated.

Got my EAD card, so happy
Here is my timeline
7/17, concurrently file I-130/485/765/131 to MSC.
7/21, (day 1) they received my case
8/17, (day 27) bio
9/12, (day 53) I-485 status becomes "ready for interview"
9/15, (day 56) online status of I-765/I-131 are approved
9/20, (day 61) online status says: EAD is mailed to me
9/23, (day 64) got my EAD in mailbox
(Note: I didn't send any SR throughout the process.)

I came this forum very often. And I noticed my case is approved much quicker than most people here.
The most important experience i want share with everyone is: when you file your case, please prepare &submit as many evidences as you can to support your case. For example, it requires material A, or B, or C. Instead of just giving them A, please try to submit A and B and C if you have all of them. Do NOT wait until they "request for more evidence", it means they suspect you, and it may causes extra time.
Another thing helped me in this case is: I've been working in US for 4years, I report income TAX every year, and I always pay my credit bill in time. These things helped me to build up a very good credit history.

I still waiting for interview schedule notice for I-485. Will let everyone know once i have update.

E3 D EAD renewal
My time line to give some idea on A17 category
PD: July 17 th along with bar code to speed up the process. I got this one along with my previous EAD card
Received: July 19th
1st SR: Aug 23rd but denied Due to no supporting documents
2nd SR: Sep 07th but denied as case is in normal processing time but case is with an officer

Visited infopass couple of times they also confirmed tht case is with officer
Current EAD expired
Sep15th: called local congressman but they said that they can't help as it is in normal processing time as they r getting same answer from uscis when they call.

Infopass appointment on Sep 19th and got lucky to get a nice officer and looked at me n suggested when we create SR to expedite case first we have to send documents n then create SR. He personally emailed the officer to know the status.

Sep 20th status changed to card is being produced
Sep 22nd card mailed
Sep 25th card received.

Good luck all. Try every opportunity we never know who is right person to help us.

EAD based on Marriage
So i've been watching this thread for some time now and see how everyone else is pretty much in the same boat as me. This whole process, especially the waiting part, is gonna give me gray hairs. So here's my timeline

Filed with our lawyer in June, 9th i think it was.
USCIS received my case on June 12th and sent receipts and my biometrics appointment
Biometrics done on July 6th 2017
Inquire filed online on September 20th 2017
USCIS says to expect an email update on my case on October 2nd

I am going out of my mind right now waiting because all this time, my case status says the same thing : Case received June 12th 2017.

I have a family to feed and take care of, I have job offers but cannot work because i don't have the permit. I feel like i'm loosing my mind, It's a struggle every single day to provide for them.

What should i do?

Initial EAD based on pending asylum case
USCIS replied for my SR as my case is under review by an officer. Can anybody tell me what they mean by "CASE UNDER REVIEW BY AN OFFICER?"

Apreciate you for sharing your experience.

I-765 based on a pending I-485 adjustment application [(c)(9)] delayed
Sad story here so far.

Case received by USCIS - April 5, 2017
First online inquire submitted - July 19, 2017
Second online inquire submitted - August 11, 2017

Due to inconsistencies in the information we were getting from USCIS on the phone (every time we called they would give us different status, information and times), my lawyer submitted a inquire directly to Nebraska Center on August 20, 2017. They gave us 21 days for an answer. If we don't get any, which I think it is the case, my lawyer will submit an inquire to USCIS Headquarters Office of Service Center Operations. If we don't get any answer in 15 days, she told me she will submit an AILA (American Immigration Lawyers Association) liaison inquiry.

Anyone as screwed as I am right now?

For the ones that had similar cases and were able to work it out: did you guys do something special or just patiently waited?

PS: I REALLY need this card by the end of November.

Thanks.
