EAD under category (a)10 pending more than 135 days?
Hello, everyone..
Just checking out if anyone has applied for an EAD under category (a)10 Withholding of Removal Granted under Prosecutorial discretions.. It is a renewal after I filed the first one back in 2015.. The one with 135 days pass is still pending? Can anyone help and share their experience and let me know what is the best approach.. I put up an inquiry August 28th and received a generic (like automatically generated) by an immigration officer telling me that they are still working on my case and will soon get a response but that was 30 days.. I filed it 05/19/2017, fingerprints 06/15/2017.. Since then nothing at all..

Could you anyone share some experience?

8/8 mailed application to Dallas center
8/17 (day 1): received and check cashed. I797 Receipt notice arrived a few days later. Application reassigned to Potomac service center.
8/17 to 9/21: no tracking available.
9/22 (day 37): status now available, card in production
9/26 (day 42): card mailed, should receive it anytime now.

I called around 25 days to ask why there was no tracking available. They told me not to worry as long as I got a receipt notice. Sorry to everyone who has had to wait so long, but good luck.

Finally My EAD is being Poduced.
After 126 long days "My New Card Is Being Produced" I tought I would never see this update in my case....
I was losing Hope, Because i used all my resources ( including fired my attorney, to whom a paid $$$$ to avoid getting RFEs, and after all He was just giving nonsense answers) Raised like 4 SRs, Contacted my congressman (which was a great help!!!)...

So to make my long story short, It happened that today I decided to contact my congressman again, and requested him to please call USCIS once again on my behalf, because on the last response I got from USCIS my case was approved on sept 4, but I never got an approval notice by mail, and it didn't make sense the delay after my approval date.
So this afternoon my congressman called me saying that He'd called USCIS and got a word that my card is now effectively being produced. I didn't waste a minute to check my status, my eyes couldn't believe what they're witnessing "My New Card Is Being Produced". Praised God for his favor!!!!

So now its time for me to reply a message I've reading on this forum from my fellows that have already gotten off from this boat. Have faith and Yours is Coming soon"!!

If you would like to know my entire case, check my 1st experience I posted from my profile.

Have a Bless Day!

Here is my timeline, based on marriage to a U.S citizen:

1. Submitted completed application via FedEx on June 9th 2017.

2. Received text message confirmation of receipt from USCIS on June 12th 2017.

5. On July 3rd 2017, i did my biometrics

6. July 19th case was ready to be schedule for interview on I-485 application to register permanent residence or adjust status

7. Service request was raised on August 29th 2017, precisely on the 78 day. We were told they will get back to us within 15 days.

8. I did try to raise a service request on 09/12/2017 via USCIS website after 93 days and got an automatic response that my application was still within the USCIS time frame, hence i couldn't submit a request.

9. My wife called USCIS on 09/13/2017(94th day) to raise a second service request, she was told they will get back to us within 10 days.

10. On 09/14/2017 (95th day) She contacted the congressman office for assistance to expedite case, a form was sent to us to complete and sign granting them permission to speak on our behalf, for some reason(s) we couldn't find time to complete the form, guess it's somewhere gathering dust.

11. Sent an online service request on September 20th 2017 (100 days) and got an acknowledgment of its receipt stating that my request would be reviewed with an expected reply from USCIS on October 2nd 2017.

12. Same day 20th September 2017 my online status changed to new card is being produced.

13. On 09/22/2017 (Day 101) my status changed to card was mailed.

14. On 09/26/2017 (Day 105) I received the approval letter notice for I-765 Employment authorization letter with information that my EAD Card would be sent separately.

15. On 09/28/2017 (Day 107) i received my EAD card in the mail box.

Wish you all good luck.

09/22-"your request to have your case expedited, referral number ....was completed". Contacted Congressmen to inform him and asked to get in touch with USCIS for more information
09/27 - New Card was Produced!

Total Wait time so far 44 days

It was very stressful due to my job termination. I started to take all possible actions right away. Thankfully forums was very helpful and people who had successful experience with expediting gave a lot of useful info. My Congressmen representative was great. He was super communicative and kept me constantly updated. In my supportive documents I had my job offer with request to expedite from my employee and cover letter where I explained my financial situation. Even with my Congressmen help I still called USCIS and requested expedite. Also, go and do Biometrics early. In Charlotte they were super nice. I still had not got my NA for interview. Hopefully soon. Please feel free to contact me with questions.

EAD so Late!
Is it only me or Texas Center is very slow! Please advice me.
Here is my timeline:

June 2nd: I-485, I-765, & I-131 Cases received
July 11th: Biometric appointment - finger prints taken

I submitted a request service by phone at day 75 and another one at day 90 for the I-765.

Sep 3rd: I had an international conference so I submitted expaditing request for my I-131.
Sep 8th: I got an email from USCIS responding to my expedite request by rejection due to high number of requests!

Still the case status is "CASE RECEIVED".
Today is day 118 and nothing changed. What should I do?

Thanks
