uscis received rfe response june 19th
its 87 days since uscis received rfe response and my status hasnt changed..its still showing request for evidence for evidence was received..
its 156 days since my last status on I 765 changed to0... its still on case was received.
im worried because its been a long long days, is there anybody that has experienced this same issue?? i called uscis sept 5 to raise SR and i was told i would receive response between 30days...i just pray and hope my case gets approved and they mail out my EAD by GOD's grace..

Finally after 118 days changed the status to Card is being produced
Below are my time timelines. I have applied for L2 EAD to Texas Service Centre.
USCIS has received my documents on May 15th.
Raised two SR's. One on 76th day and another one on 93 day.
For first SR I have got the reply through mail saying they will check and process my request in 60 days.
For second SR, I did not receive any reply.
After 110 days online status changed to Document was returned back to USCIS. When I called to USCIS they said that USPS has returned the second SR response back to USCIS ( no one knows the reason for this).
On 115 day again status changed to 'Document was mailed to the given address'. I did not u sweat and what was that Document. May be they have sent the second SR response again. I still have not received it.
Finally on 118 day, status changed to Card is being produced. Eagerly waiting for my card. Hope everyone will receive the card soon.

Hello All,
I just applied for the new EAD on June 17 and my current online status has been "Case Was Transferred And A New Office Has Jurisdiction" for more than a month. The person I know who was applied after me already got a Card on Monday. Is there anyone who can tell me what the status mean and what's going on PLEASE?
Any Advice is really appreciated.

I got a letter from my employer if I can't receive my EAD before my current status expires, which is 9/18/2017, I will lose my job. I provided this letter to congressman office. Then they helped with the case.
If you need help from congressman, please check your local congressman's information. The one in my area has a website and they even list this kind of "service" there and I just emailed them through the website. They replied really fast and really took care of it.

Hi guys..just need some advice on what I can do further on my case.
June 23rd - Got my reciept number from Vermont Service Center
opened 2 expedite requests thru my local congressman office with all the documents based on a job offer and both got rejected.
September 8th - Opened a service request since the petition is more than 75+ days.
September 8th - my local congressman kept an inquiry on my case, but no update yet today as of 13th september 2017.
Now recently my employer came to me asking if I can make it in 2 weeks for the job.
I don't want to lose this opportunity and its now 83days that I got my reciept number.
Does the expedite rejection have any impact on my case ?
Also is there anything that I can do to get this speed up?

Hi guys just want to thank you guys for writing your experience because if you didn't I would have never knew what to do after I submitted my documents to uscis (I did my paper work on my own ) didn't get a lawyer, so I didn't know what to do after I submitted my documents.
Pd recieve -12th may
Did biometric- 9th June

Card in production - 6th September ( not sure is it's an coincident after I did SR my status updates)

Think we should all keep posting our experience to give other hope , because if your are not experience with how the process works you can feel discourage everyday or think something is wrong , when all you need to do is wait .

One tip I got from my attorney, if you are desperate to start back to work and already have a driving licence and social security card, these are acceotable for the I9 verification so long as you state your EAD approval date (e.g. the date it was sent for production) - this allowed me to start work a week earlier than expected.
