No movement on GC case
i765, i131, i485 receipt date Aug 7.
No movement on case. SR's being totally ignored. Last response received on Dec 9, wait another 60 days. Any one has similar experience? Please post.
I am on H1B. But this AOS is based on husband's EB1 Gc. He has received all his documents, pending gc. Only in my case, no movement.

Hi
I would like to share my experience please comment if anybody have similar status
EAD application i-765 received on 28th sept 2016
Cant track my status online till date shows validation error
contacted them twice regarding unable to check status online but no reply when i call them they tell me the case is pending but i cant see any update on my side.
Raised a service request as 75 days passed and no action lets see what i get as reply.
I would like to share my experience please comment if anybody have similar status

My status as of December 12th is still Case received,
I don't know why they takes too long. I applied on Oct 8th Receipt notice Oct 13th.
No change of status yet. Yesterday requested to expedite due to risk of losing my job I had letter from my employer got rejected.
I am very stressed and all I can do is wait.
Please let us know if anyone got approved from Texas Service center (TSC) filling this OCT.

1. 0ct 7th 2016- Case received
2. Oct 12th 2016- receipt to acknowledge application received
3. Dec 7th 2016 Case approved.
I'm waiting for receipt etc and will update you with the progress

Need Help with my case !!
* I have applied for EAD and USCIS received my case on 24th Oct 2016. The status was also updated on the USCIS website as "case was received".
* I received mailbox notice that my case is received and is in process on 26th Oct 2016
* On Nov 30th, 2016 I called on USCIS customer care to get further information about my case.
* Dec 08, 2016 I received a response on my inquiry that "records indicate that on October 26, 2016, we mailed you a rejection notice to the address on file at the time".
I am completely shocked and worried about this email. Though I did not received any rejection lettler through mailbox and also "my case status" still shows case received status. I have further emailed to lockbox support for my case status.

UPDATE:
So here is my timeline for my applications as of now. I concurrently filed my I-485 and EAD application.
Applications sent out: August 26th, 2016
Applications Received August 29th, 2016
Biometrics done: September 20th, 2016
Received an RFIE sometime mid-October and sent in required documents within a week.
November 12th: I filed a service request for approaching outside of regulated time frame for my EAD app. Was told to file another after 90 days.
November 28th: I filed another service request (91 days) and they replied that I should get a decision by December 10th.
December 5th: I checked my case statuses online and my EAD case said "Your new card is being produced" and my I-485 case was changed to "Your case is ready to be scheduled for an interview." :)
Now I'm just waiting for my EAD to be mailed to me. I know the process is long but be patient, everything will work out. My cases are being processed at the NBC Center (aka Missouri Center) I was getting hopeless and tired of waiting but the wait has been well worth it. I can't wait to get my EAD so I can start working. Best of luck to all!

August 16: EAD application received at USCIS

November 1: (75 days since receipt and no response) Submitted a service request and got an automatic response saying that I should expect to hear from them by November 23, 2016

November 15: (89 days still nothing) submitted a service request using the link for the 90 days since receipt requests and got an automatic reply saying that I should expect a response by November 27, 2016

November 17: I got an email saying that my case is with an immigration officer and I should receive a decision notice or a notice of other action within 60 days.
**** **frustrated **** **** really tired now **** this is unbelievable **** **** **
November 18: I went to see an immigration office (based on a previously schedule appointment I made with them on info pass). It was an absolute waste of time. Waited an hour for them to literally just looked up the same website (we all access) and told me the exact same thing. They said they could not help or tell me anything else.

November 20: Decided to no longer be a ghost reader of this site and shared my experience to let others know there are cases like mines that does not fall within the 90 day schedule.
November 30: (104 days approved) The website updated my status to EAD has been approved
***relief **** one step closer*** still hesitant about what to expect, because some folks said, then they notify you that the card is being produced, then another notification for mail, etc ***so am mentally preparing for another two dreadful weeks of waiting **** ***
December 2: The website updated to say “Card was mailed me”

No Receipt received so far
Hello All,
I have sent all the documents for L2 EAD via USPS to DALLAS, TX 75260 on 20th Nov 2016. the document reached to destination on 25th Nov 2016 as per the Priority mail tracking. Till now i haven't received my EAD receipt?
This is 2nd time i am vising US to apply EAD as in my earlier visit i had issue with my I94 due to first name FNU, so i have corrected my passport with split name & re-visit India to get my new corrected I94.
After reaching US on 18th Nov i have not wasted time applied for EAD, but no update on Receipt number.
Any idea how to get the receipt number?
