I have applied to replace EAD and application was received on January 19, 2016. On May 26 they issue RFE for two passport style photos and sent same day. They receive RFE on 31 may. As of now it almost 5 months still case states request or evidence was received. I dont know how long more they will take. I am on leave without pay because of failure to present EAD to employer. I am loosing salary and health benefit from last two months... Disappointing

Card not received
Hello, I applied for my EAD on Feb 8th and it was approved on 1st June. 6th June status changed to Card has been Mailed, today is 14th June and I haven't received the card. My question to anyone who got their respective card recently, Can you please let me know if, after receiving the card, did your status on USCIS website changed to "Card Delivered" or something like that. Any help will help me. Thanks in advance.

EAD Case Status
I have applied for L2 EAD on 18th April. I received the receipt from Vermont Service Center through e-mail and mail. It is almost 55 days+ waiting.
The current status of my case shows as 'Case was Received'.
But I'm seeing the similar status as'Case was received at my Local office' for one of my friend's EAD case which is also applied on the same timeline of mine.
What is the difference between these 2 status 'Case was received' and 'Case was received at my local office'
I'm worried like this refers that my case is moving to next step or not?
The current status of my case shows as 'Case was Received'.

Waiting for EAD
Hi all,
My EAD was received by uscis on Feb 10,2016.
The case is being handled by Nebraska service center.
It's been 123 days now and still no update.
I have raised two SRs and also visited the local office but of no use.
I also contacted Ombudsman and yet to hear back from them.
I have a job offer on hold and not sure how long I can tell the company that I am still waiting for EAD :(
Anyone has any idea when I can get the approval?
Appreciate any help. Thanks

The first SR I raised was through customer care and the description of it is as below
"On May 17, 2016, your request to have your Employment Authorization Document resent to you, referral number T1D YYYY YYYY XXNSC, was assigned to an officer for response."
I am so confused about the words "resent to you" in the above message. Does this has anything to do with the delay of my case? Please help

EAD - "New Card Is Being Produced" status
My USCIS online case status just changed to "New Card Is Being Produced." It says "On June 8, 2016, we ordered your new card for Receipt Number Yxxxxxxxxxxxx, and will mail it to the address you gave us. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address."
How long would it take until I receive the card? Will it be sent via USPS priority mail? How will I be provided with a tracking number?

EAD not approved yet
Hello All,
I and some of my friends applied for EAD on same date. Their OPT starts 7 days after my OPT starts. All the applications went to Potomac center. Most of them either got their EAD or is shipped but my EAD card has not approved yet.
Is their something I can do to expedite the process? I am getting tensed now.

EAD - Vermont center
I applied for my EAD on April 6th at Vermont and the status still shows application received after 60+ days. Has anyone applied for the card around the same time and received any status updated? Does it typically take 90 days at Vermont? Thanks

EAD RENEWAL
My Ead renewal receipt date was Feb 10th. The day after tomorrow( june 9th) makes it 120 days. I've called the USCIS and opened 3 service requests. I've contacted the ombudsman and they said they've contacted the USCIS about my case and will get back to me as soon as they receive some information. I sent a mail to the congressman but haven't gotten any response from him. I filed it at the Nebraska service center and my case is based on a pending asylum. My current Ead expired 2 months ago so I haven't been able to work since then. They tell us to wait 30 - 60 days for every damn thing and its very frustrating.

Day 116 and still nothing!!!!
Really beginning to worry its been almost 4 months now and have not received my EAD yet. I check my receipt # at least 10 times a day and nothing just case was received... my receipt starts with MSC going on my 6th week without being able to work and my employer is still waiting but I don't know for how much longer.

I just wanted to share my husband's experience here too.
On mid Feb 2016 he sent his renewal form and payments for I765. Like a week letter he received a receipt letter dated with receipt date Feb 18, 2016. Since then, on the "check my status" website it had the "case received" status until May 10, 2016 when his application for renewal was approved. They did not required him to have his biometrics done this time since he had them done last year and on his receipt letter it said that they were going to be able to use those biometrics. On the May 10, 2016 Approval Notice letter it says that his card is valid from 05/19/2016 to 05/18/2017. We are still waiting on his card; his previous one is already expired (it expired on 5/18/2016) so his driver's license is too. On that notice letter it says "The Form I-766, Employment Authorization Document, was sent under separate cover to the beneficiary. I'm starting to worry why is taking too long for them to send the card. I checked our previous application records and dates and it only took about a week after the valid date to be delivered to him (his previous card was valid from 5/19/2015 to 5/18/2016 and he received it on around May 26, 2015.
