What is wrong with NEBRASKA Service Center???
I know that all service centers make people wait certain period of time which is around 70-80 days but it takes FOREVER to get the case approved (or denied) in Nebraska SC!!! Does anyone know what is wrong with them? Are they on strike???

EAD not receiving after 34 days of production
Hi
I need urgent help. I have received case status message on 27 april that EAD based on i765 is in production. I did not get it yet. I may loosejob offer if not receive soon. I inquire ay local immigration office and they said some technical problem at their side. I sent letter to expedite process but what should i do to get EAD ? Please any advice.

New EAD I-765, waiting since 130 days!
Hello All,
My case was received at Nebraska center on Jan 21st. Since then the status is "Case was received" . I have tried all the suggestion available on any website related to this topic but nothing seems to be working and its been 130 days now!
Anyone has received their EAD who applied in mid Jan or post that? Now I have started to doubt if my application is been skiped or what??
Appreciate all the comments/suggestion..

L2-EAD Renewal
Hi guys,
I've followed this forum for a while and its been really helpful to gather the information. I wanted to share my recent experience. Applied for EAD renewal as current was about to expire.
We sent the package to USCIS Dallas Lockbox.
1. Applied for renewal 112 days before expiry of current one.
2. Sent form, documents & fee cheque by registed post USPS : 4/7/2016
3. Delivered at USCIS ; 4/11/2016
4. SMS received for application received by USCIS: 4/14/2016
5. Received the notice by post regarding the application : 4/28/2016
Expected long wait started from here on as the status shown 'we have received your case"
6. To my surprise Status updated to "Approved" and your card will be mailed to you : 5/11/2016
7. Status updated to "Card is mailed to you" but no tracking number provided : 5/17/2016
8. Card received in mail : 5/26/2016 and same day status changed to "Card delivered to you" and has tracking information as well.
In all i was surprised to have it all done within 45 days of receiving the application.

Hello guys,
My EAD filing is approaching 90 days still in' case received' status. I could not find 'approaching regular timeframe' OR Expedite option in USCIS site. I can see only 'case outside normal processing time'. Please help how can I raise 'approaching regular timeframe' OR Expediate SR?

New card is being produced.

I sent my application for renewal on January 22, 2016 Uscis Received it on February 01, 2016 it was approved on April 25, 2016 and since then nothing have changed it only says New card is being produced"
I called costumer service early may they told me to wait 30 days, on May 26 I called them back again and this time they told me that it looks like they had never sent the card for production,,Can you believe this crap?? so how come when I called the first time they told me to wait?..anyway she requested for the card to be sent to production but today is June 01, 2016 and the message has not changed still says the same thing.
anyone has the same situation??

I have applied for my renewal in April 8, case was received on April 12, biometric was done May 6. And my EAD has expired on May 28.
I have followed this site and took the advises that were given. I have contacted my congressman, raised couple src but nothing at the moment. I'm currently have been given the 30 day off from my work to bring my new permit but at this point i highly doubt that i will receive it by then from all these experiences i have read here. The only good news my District manager told me not to worry but its really suck not being able to work. If someone has applied for their Daca Renewal through the Nebraska Center please share your info. Good luck to everyone else!!!

I have a curious problem, if anyone can help. My previous EAD took 5 months to come , and I had to leave my job because of that. I received it on March 19th, ( while that was happeneing, our 1-485 was pending )- and it changed from L1B to L1A. my last visa date for L1B was 27th May. So when they issued the EAD in March they gave it only for 2 months. So now I am left without a EAD again. Have applied it ( Nebraska) on April 19th ( as soon as we got the visa papers) . My employer keep son saying they have the documents needed and I can still work. But I know they are wrong. My request to expedite was rejected as they said I didn't show enough evidence of any of the categories they have to allow a process to expidite. A customer care representative at USCIS told me they shouldn't have given it for only two months and I should visit a local office? Has anyone gone through the same??? Any suggestions? My office HR says I can work, but I don't see how I can with a receipt.

EAD pending pass 90 days (I-485, NYC)
Hello everyone,
My I-765 application has been pending pass 90 days now and I wonder what next step can I take. I've submitted a service request via phone on day 76 that I received no response, I just submitted another one online today since it officially passed normal processing time (90 days).
I am trying to get an infopass appointment but none is available (I will keep trying) at NYC Federal Plaza, but from what I've read here, most of the times these appointment are not very helpful.
Would getting in touch with my congresswomen be the next step? Do I need to wait longer before doing that?
Any suggestions are appreciated, this waiting with no update at all is super frustrating and reading the experiences on here has been very helpful.

Biometrics (I-765): 4/8/2016
