Hey u guy this is my current timeline
01/02/2016: Case was received (i-485, i -130, i-765)
04/03/2016: Biometrics done
14/03/2016: RRE request (tax) (i-485)
19/04/2016: RFE received
06/05/2016: SR raised (Day 95)
10/05/2016: Case status changed to "Ready to schedule your Interview " (i-485)
10/05/2016: Case status changed to "Card was mailed " (i-765) Day 99!!

This process is draining and frustrating
Everyone keep the faith and keep praying things will soon happen

Raised 2 SRs
Wrote to Ombudsman
Sent Offer letter to Local Congressman

None of the above seemed to have helped (but I would still recommend doing these)

Somewhere around 127th day my Card was sent for production
A few days after Card was Mailed
Two days after Card was Delivered and Received by me

All of you guys waiting for the EAD, its going to take about 4 months and a few days more or less since the time they receive your application unless you can get it expedited (for which they have some very specific requirements, and most people won't be able to get an approval for this)

So hang in there and all the very best!!

ps: My centre was Nebraska

I sent my documents to Phoenix on 04/05/2016. Received by them on 04/11/2016. I got no notice f receipt. However, I got a receipt number when I called them.
Just checking for the average time for receipt of biometrics notice.

After biometrics uscis sent one request for inicial evidence i-485 RFE Lawful I -94 , but my work permit EAD and Parole not come yet , my status case is receipt, what gonna happen now?

Anybody here got their EAD Card a week (or longer) after being approved online and getting the approval notice?

Hi All, Did anyone who applied for New EAD on L2 in January from Nebraska center got approved without meeting congressman or any other help?

I put up a service request on my ead on May 2 and I received a response today saying:

The status of this service request is:

Recently you contacted us about the status of your case.  Your case is currently under review. You should receive a decision or notice of other action shortly.

Can somebody interpret this message? it says at the end of message "shortly"

I received my EAD card today. Following are the time lines i have noted regarding my application

Jan 09 Application Sent
Jan 11 Application received

Waited for complete 90 days and still there was no case movement.
Contacted Congressman and Ombudsman for their help. Generic response received from Congress man and there was no response to me yet from Ombudsman.

Apr 11 first SR raised and no response
Apr 20 second SR raised to expedite my case
Apr 27 Status changed to Card production ordered
May 02 Status changed to Card Mailed
May 05 Card received to my address

This forum has been helpful to me while I was waiting for my application. Finally the long wait is over. I wish you folks to receive your cards soon.

So i'm starting to worry since ive been seeing a lot of people being approved and getting their card in a week.
My status online says it was approved on April 26,2016. I received the 797 approval notice on the 30th or 1st of May. But until now, i still haven't gotten my physical card. It's been more than a week already. (9days) but i still haven't gotten any mail :(
