EAD pending more than 90days without any change in the online status
My name is Henry, I submitted form I-765 and I-485 and received form I-797C as receipt/acknowledgement that my case was received on 12/21/2015. I did biometrics and responded to Initial Request for Evidence for form I-485. I called for a Service Request after 75days for my form I-765 EAD and got a generic email, I called again for a Service Request after 90days and Received the same generic email saying my case is under review and i should receive a decision shortly, meanwhile the status on my I-485 has changed to YOUR CASE IS READY TO BE SCHEDULED FOR AN INTERVIEW, whereas that of my I-765 EAD still says YOUR CASE WAS RECIEVED on 12/21/2015. Please what should I do? the situation is highly intense as my wife is due for a baby delivery and i don't have a work authorization yet. I need urgent help.

EAD via marriage through USC
My wife is a us citizen and we got married on 12/10 and filled all the paperwork (AOS) and our PD is 12/18/15. I had my biometrics on 2/3/16 and I am still waiting on them to approved my EAD since it's been over 90 days. My lawyer has opened up a request to USCIS and hopefully they can approve it. My case is being handled in the MSC. Any similar cases??? Any feedback is really appreciated :)

looking for some suggestions, please.
Hello, I am a blind U. S citizen. I met a man from India when vacationing in Spain last year. I would like him to come and live in my home and also have the ability to workwhile being here in the U. S.. I need some help with bringing him to my home and to also make sure that he has the correct documents to be able to work here as well. I would appreciate any and all suggestions. Thanks, James R. It's an update to my previous post.
Day 80 - no updates . Contacted my local congressman
Day 81 - received an update from local congressman telling me that USCIS will respond by day 90
Day 91 - No updates. Called USCIS and opened up a SR . They told me I will receive an answer in 15 days.
Day 94 - contacted again the local congressman
Day 95 - received an email update regarding the SR opened on day 91 stating that I will receive an answer in 30 days . ( Call Center said 15 days, email said 30 days.. great ... )
Day 96 - local congressman said that they try to expedite the case.
I'm not sure what "expedite" means .. how many days ?.. Frustrating , expediting something that took more than the given 90 days.
Nothing more to do, just sit and wait..

EAD Timings and Delay
All - have been watching this site and appreciate people putting their details up so I can get a sense of timings and ideas.
I am on an E3-D visa (Australian Visa and I am a dependant spouse). I needed to apply for an EAD before being able to get an SSN or a job which I have interviewed for and the employer is being very patient.
Timings:
- 4th Nov received at Vermont processing centre (seems to be delays here).
- After about 100 days went to local congresswoman - her staff were brilliant and could actually get info - this s the first thing to do at 90n days - if possible go and visit and hand in your privacy form.
- As per everyone - all the service requests, emails, Infopass appointments and calls to the call centre were hopeless.
- At about 115 days received an RFE. I found this out from an email from my congresswoman's office while I was sitting waiting for my Infopass appointment...she was even able to send me a pdf of the letter so I could respond same day (passport photo's) but the Infopass people could not see the letter.
- at about 123 days submitted application to ombudsman
- at 125 days (website message changed to 'card being produced' and then an hour later to 'your application has been approved'
- letter yet to be received but hopefully Monday.
Suggestion for improvement sent to ombudsman was essentially 1) divert 90% of resources from Infopass/Call Centre to reviewing applications 2) those that are entitled to an EAD as a spouse get approved at the same time as their Visa and so therefore take thousands of applications out of the system (they can work and pay tax quicker) and 3) interim EAD's even if only for 30 days.
I sent this suggestion in best intentions of improving a process that didn't seem to be working very well.

Its been 112 days all together that i got a message today saying "Your card is being Produced"
I have been reaching USCIS continuously after my 90 day period but as usual same generic responses .
I have raised many service request but of no use. the whole process is very slow and time is a critical factor for us on such issues. Untill one day i came to know of seeking help from congressman from this website so i contacted my congressman and USCIS ombudsperson immediately and they expedited the case . I am yet to receive it physically though.
I would suggest everyone to contact the congressman and expedite the case once it reaches 90 day mark.

Can any one help to how to apply EAD. due to family dispute and brother's problem my dad has stop sponsoring for my education. and i am seeking something though which at least i can just finish my study and get back to india. just need a permit to work here so i can make a fund for my expense and study. my upcoming total fees is 22k USD. please help me what is to be done for filling EAD work permit. i am on F1 Visa in New york...... thanking you in advance!

Pending asylum case here, me and my wife.
Sent both applications for I-765 (Work Permit) in the same envelope via priority mail on 2/4/2016
Today, 3/10/2016 received both cards.
Processing center was in Dallas, TX
No idea why took so fast :)
