Thank you to this site for giving me lot of information shared by different people.

Suggestion to all pending applicants:

The process itself is very time consuming and frustrating. So, what I suggest is: once you give your interview, forget everything as if you did not apply anything. The more you see online status and think about the application, the more frustrated you will be (like me). All the best to all. May be this will be my last time to open this site, don't know- so good bye and have patience.

L1A Visa valid for 5 years PED is over
Hi All,

My L1A visa is valid until Jan 2021 but petition is ended on Nov 2018. My extension is approved and i am awaiting for my updated petition. My dependents got their approval notice with i-94 until next year.

Do i have to go to stamping again if I visit India? Will the visa until 2021 and updated petition suffice.
Please advise

Thanks

EAD/AP Renewal ***URGENT HELP NEEDED - EB1C India (L1A) - I765- Q25: Current Immigration status ****
Hi All,

I had my AOS interview on 8th Jan and because of my PD not being current I am getting reading to renew for EAD/AP combo card which will expire on 19th June, 2019. I came into the US on an L1A visa and currently I have filed for my L1A extension in addition to having a pending AOS.

While filing out form I765 I came across question
Q25: Your current Immigration status or Category

How should I answer this? Should I mention as L1A or Adjustment Applicant or Green Card EAD. I am seeing quite a lot of contrasting answers. If anyone else has filed for renewal EAD with a similar background request your help to answer this question.

THanks
