PD is not current letter even though it is current
I filed I-485 EB2 using Cross chargeability on Feb 2020. I got a white letter from FO saying that interview is complete and my PD is not current and will be sent back to NBC. My PD has been current for the whole time. I was not even called for interview and the letter was sent. Is anyone in the similar situation?.

Firstly, thank you to everyone for your posts and information over the last couple of years. It has helped me and eased my frayed nerves. Hang in there everyone, I know it is immensely stressful with the virus, current politics and lengthy process. I am finally at the end of the journey and I wish all of you the best.

EB3 (ROW) PD is current - What now?
Hi folks,
My I-140 was approved late last year and I filed I-485 about early this year. My PD was retrogressed in March 2020. I found out in October 2020, my PD is current. Last month USCIS requested RFE which I responded, they received it. In your experiences, how long after the PD is current, the retrogressed I-485 is processed for?

Can anyone advise what could be the next steps in my case, i have learned my i-140 was approved a couple of weeks ago and my 485 shows FP taken (in march2020).
140+485 were concurrently filed back in jan 2020.

Medical RFE on my h1b to eb3. No updates after 90 days

My interview was ready on feb 2020 for april2020 but was cancelled due to covid. I received a medical RFE on early May 2020 and got a notice that they received it on May 11 2020.
SInce the priority date is current, will my pending RFE affect my i485 from being current? Should i call uscis since its been more than 90 days since my RFE?

I-485 Interview was Completed on March 20, 2019.
PD is become current as per August 2020 Visa Bulletin.
Still no updates on my case status. I submitted SR and spoke with L2 Officer, but no luck. They said that, they will start working on my case in order which it was received. But actually people are getting approval notices those PD dates who have filed after me. I'm not sure the USCIS logic and don't know their processes.
