EB1 India - PD: Dec 2017. Still waiting for GC
Hi All,

PD is Dec 2017
Bio-metrics - Apr 2018
EAD/AP - May 2018
Interview - Feb 2019

Interview officer said every thing looks good and we have to wait for the visas to be available (PD to be current). My priority date became Current in Aug-2020 USCIS bulletin.

However so far have not heard any thing from USCIS. Enquiry opened 10 days back, no response yet.

Any one waiting for GC with PD in the above date ranges ?

Thanks in advance.

USCIS is committed to adjudicating immigration benefits in a timely and efficient manner while also ensuring public safety, national security and compliance with all relevant directives. While the processing steps for most applications or petitions are completed quickly, a small percentage of cases involve unresolved issues that may result in adjudication delays.

USCIS is unable to render a decision on your constituent's application until certain issues are resolved. USCIS is striving to resolve these issues as soon as possible. We are unable to determine at this time when the review process for the application will be completed.

We hope this information is helpful. If we may be of further assistance, please let us know.

Question - What process they are doing?

Thanks

i-485 for EB3 Biometrics timeline
Hi!

My husband (primary applicant) is filling AOS based on the October 2020 Bulletin. I am going to file my AOS as his derivative spouse.
However I need to travel (on H-1B) in November to take care of a sick family member. My question is, generally how much time it takes to get the Biometrics date after i-485 is filled ?
If I can not make my biometrics appointment, can my husband continue with his biometrics ?

Can someone please share their experience/inputs? Thank you in advance!

PD is not current letter even though it is current
I filed I-485 EB2 using Cross chargeability on Feb 2020. I got a white letter from FO saying that interview is complete and my PD is not current and will be sent back to NBC. My PD has been current for the whole time. I was not even called for interview and the letter was sent. Is anyone in the similar situation?.

Anyone got GC after the case has been sent to NBC?

Firstly, thank you to everyone for your posts and information over the last couple of years. It has helped me and eased my frayed nerves. Hang in there everyone, I know it is immensely stressful with the virus, current politics and lengthy process. I am finally at the end of the journey and I wish all of you the best.

EB3 (ROW) PD is current - What now?
Hi folks,

My I-140 was approved late last year and I filed I-485 about early this year. My PD was retrogressed in March 2020. I found out in October 2020, my PD is current. Last month USCIS requested RFE which I responded, they received it. In your experiences, how long after the PD is current, the retrogressed I-485 is processed for?

Thanks for your input
