Employment Based Greencard

Concurrent filing in May 2017 and interview on Jan 2019 and current in Aug bulletin. I still have not received any updates. I hear so many people who filed much later than me have got it approved. Is there any particular order in which the cases are being approved.

There are some quick changes in my case. I noticed that my attorney send me a message that they received my wife's interview notice. I did not have any update in any account with USCIS and did not receive a notice mail.
Can she have an interview without me? What happened to me, I was waiting for an additional background check but there is no update since 11/2019.

Also, I have another important question. The attorney suggested to not take I-864 with her. This form was required in the interview notice sent to the lawyer. He is claiming that our paystub and tax returns are enough. Do I need to have it or not?

If you have any idea about my interview or about this application (public charge), please let me know.

Anybody waiting on Chicago field office or had correspondence from them?
Ours is EB concurrent with 20th Feb priority date.
Received EAD etc back in April.

my husbands EB1 AOS updated yesterday to new card produced and approved but me and my son got RFEs for the second time. first RFEs we received was for medical and passport photos. don't know what the second RFEs will be. we are anxious to receive the notice. does anyone has any idea what it could be ??

Hi! Has any one here already received a reschedule date for their cancelled interview because of covid?
I think Queens, Brooklyn & NY FO are mostly on the same location at Federal Plaza.
I've read marriage based cases were approved at NY FO but no news yet for employment based.

Hi. My I485 is pending since March 2019, waiting for interview. Last month we sent documents for work authorization extention and today received letter with fingerprint appointment, but we already did one last year. Anybody has similar experience? Why do they ask for fingerprints second time? Is it good or bad sign?

Suggestion Required! Thank you in advance...

1) My medical is expired (submitted with 485). Is their a mechanism that I can send updated medical proactively? or I will have to wait for RFE incase I get one. I would really like to avoid a medical RFE if possible

2) Incase I do get a medical RFE, how much time does it take for them to review and approve GC

My I 485 is approved and I am sharing my timeline. Hope it will help others during their journey.

I file cross chargeability based on my spouse's country of birth and my interview is waived.

I 485 approved 08/14

What factor worked for me
Of course, lots of prayers :) and
which I feel that I am with same employer for 6 years and got H1b extended in March 2020.

I pray for everyone in this forum that they get their GC soon.

I was finally approved for my green card on Monday. I initially got “card in production” message on Friday and then received the “case approved” message on Monday. Thank you for the insightful and productive conversations we had, they definitely kept my hope up, so appreciate it. Hello Everyone,

I had my interview on Jun 2019 and the officer told me that I will hear something in 120 days, but still nothing. I tried to call them many times, asked many people about the situation including my lawyer, What did I get? Nothing.

My last status( updated more than a year ago) says'' my interview was completed and my case must be review''

Guys, please share your experience before I lose my mind. It just doesn't make any sense. NO ANSWERS, NO TIME FRAME.

Did you guys hear anything about this situation?
