Employment Based Greencard

Hello guys, I am pending AOS and received RFE for tax returns for last two years along with W2s and letter from my current employer (not the sponsoring employer). Is this something does USCIS requests? I thought they ask these tax questions on the interview. Does anyone have any idea or experience why my EB3 case has RFE even though the PD (June2019) is not current due to retrogression. I assumed all EB3s AOS which retrogressed PD will be put to hold. After receiving the RFE, I also thought they might be waiving the interview. Anyway, please share your experience. Thank you.

Any October filers who hasn’t received their EAD card yet?

I was just wondering if any of you received green card in the same or following month that their PD was current for I-485? Did any of you had to raise service request or anything else to receive green card after PD became current?

Hi everyone! I submitted my EB I-485 petition in November 2019 and received the I-140 approval in December 2019 along with the EAD/AP approval combo. I have not heard anything back since. I will be submitting my renewal EAD/AP next month. However, I have not done any medical exams yet or be requested for? I have read that some wait for a RFE to do this. Is this the way to do it?

Jun 26, 2020 received approval notice for I-131 and I-765

Greetings on July 31-2018 apply for an i-140 and an i-485 employment-based adjustment of status, on May 15-2020 the i-140 was approved the question is now do I have to wait in USCIS process time that Are you going for the date February 1-2018?

Hello everyone,

Married USC. Recently received my EAD. I've couple of questions about it.
a) Can I say mine is GC EAD or should i say just EAD while applying for jobs?
b) Can i apply for GC Jobs in Linkedin and if asked i can show my GC EAD and say my GC is in process or I'll receive my GC in couple of months? Is that acceptable?
 Where can i find GC EAD software jobs.

Are there any October fillers out there? I just saw the processing time for EAD based on a pending I485 and it says that they are in December 18,2019 😭
